Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services.

It was a great stay, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and much more then expected.

Room was clean and fair size, sink outside of the bathroom. Cabinets were a bit outdated but wing chair was pretty clean. Could hear some noise from upstairs, not enough insulation and the plumbing was kind of noisy when someone is taking a shower. The property has 2 buildings so you have to cross from the main building to the breakfast room. Overall it was an ok stay! Also it would be nice if someone would greet you, every time we come to the front desk no one was there. I dont know if it was just during our stay but it would have been nice is someone is there to greet the guests. Breakfast was ok too!

Blankets pillow bed and bedsheets looked like they were old and the cheapest quality one could buy. The room loooked like it was from the 80s (i stayed in the 2nd building) No usb chargers anywhere in room Same with the breakfast. Cheap cheap cheap quality food. Powdered eggs and the worst sausages. Coffee was meh. Literally the second 11am hit they were knocking on my door asking if i was checked out and if they could clean the room. I was only about 15 minutes away from being ready to leave. This is about one step up from a motel, but hotel prices. Check in was pleasant though

Very clean. Breakfast was excellent! Stayed 3 nights.

The hotel is located right off the highway. The hot tub and pool were very nice. Room was a good size and had a tub. I hate to be negative but the breakfast offered was really not very good. Little round egg discs that were tasteless, sausage rounds that were so salty I couldn’t eat them, no straight orange juice and not too much else other than French toast (didn’t try it) and a machine dispensing plain yogurt.

The staff were very friendly, the room was exceptional, clean, modern and quiet. The whole location was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to everyone! Wonderful experience!

Breakfast is great. Hot and cold choices. We enjoyed restaurant too, different than your typical Rickys as they have the old menu. Room and property clean

The pool wasn't big enough to swim in really. From other reviews I read, after my family's stay, only one of the two pools has been open for quite a while. Hot tub was nice and hot but had fairly weak jets. The room was clean. Breakfast wasn't too busy. Eggs and canadian bacon one day and eggs and sausage patties the next. There was a good variety of fruit available. Cinnamon french toast, english muffins, whole wheat bread and banana bread was available. They had apple juice, water, coffee, tea and a juice cocktail. There was yogurt and raisin bran also. I highly suggest to any traveller to call the hotel if you want specific amenities. I have finally learned my lesson. Hot tub is important to my fam

Very nice quiet room.

The room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable. nice towels. We found it pretty noisy overnight as our room faced the highway. Breakfast has lots of variety, including hot and cold options. It would be nice if there was a bit of information about recycling Our room blue box was tucked in behind the garbage under the sink. No info on how to use it. Breakfast room would benefit from pictures instead of written info about what goes where. It was badly misused.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was better than expected. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is close to where I wanted to visit. And it's true that the breakfast was pretty decent.
