Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services.

It was a great stay, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and much more then expected.

Staff was friendly but a little tough to understand. Pool was warm and change rooms by the pool were great. Overall satisfied.

We received a “complimentary upgrade” to the hospitality suite. They checked us in and gave us the keys but the room was not ready. We had to go back in 10 minutes. The room was huge but there was no bathtub and it had 2 double beds rather than the king I booked. When I went to have a shower the bath mat was damp. I called the front desk but it was going to take too long to get it replaced so I told them not to bother. 10 minutes later a knock came at the door while I was in the shower. The beds and pillows were comfy.

Good breakfast menu. Very comfortable room. Convenient location close to shops and Abbotsford Gen Hospital.

Easy location to get too, staff was knowledgeable. Room was clean. And very quiet. Breakfast is hot foods, French toast, eggs hashbrowns sausages, and a variety of other foods. Recommend 100% . I will stay again

Friendly staff during check in, especially breakfast staff. Food choices were different every morning. Clean room. Hot tub was relaxing.

Staff was great! Room was outdated and the power on one wall stopped working so we had no night table lights and our devices did not charge. The room itself did not feel welcoming was a bit creepy. The restaurant next door had almost no staff working we specifically booked this hotel due to the proximity to it but still had to drive to a different eatery because of this.

Our room was clean and tidy. Front desk staff was friendly and informative. Breakfast buffet was hot and fresh everyday and they kept the area neat and tidy.

Newly remodeled room

Great place to stay, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Only negative was they had a sports team there and they were running up and down the halls all night nd banging on the floor above us. Could not sports teams be put to one end of the hotel on the bottom floor away from other guests? This has happened at other Best Westerns we've stayed in too.

The hotel was super clean and the beds were so very comfy, they had an excellent hot breakfast available also, all in all I would still go back there again and again :)

Didn't use bar or have a pet

we specifically stayed here as they have a pool and hot tub they were not very big and there was 3 groups of kids staying there the pool area was packed and we were unable to use it the area shut down at 10:00pm I asked if we could go in there for an hour after 10:00 they said no.I felt that they should have shut down pool and hot tub to the kids at 9:00 and given the adults an hour to themselves

The room was nice and clean and the parking was good too. But the noise from upstairs was really loud because it was really crazy when someone walked. But overall it was really good
