Great overall experience! Special thanks to the stuff members for being so accommodating.
The room was clean and spacious, the bistro on the first floor offers decent options at reasonable prices. Underground parking is very convenient. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Ottawa.

The room was clean , pool & hot tub area was clean ,felt very secure & safe at the hotel , only concern was was staff at front desk not as knowledgeable as I expected to be about directions to local attractions ( museums ) ,

The room and pool area was clean! The pool was out of towels but a staff member brought us some. I did forget to bring shampoo and the shower in my room had 2 bottles of body wash and 1 conditioner. I’m sure if I reported the issue it would’ve been fixed! The service in the restaurant area was meh. We approached the bar where we were told to take a seat and be served there and no one ever came

Location was great since walking distance to via rail. the bar had good selection of food and drinks. Only downfall is noise of doors when closing always slams and people inconsiderate when entering or exiting their room.

Everything was fantastic! Our room was amazing! Except for the fact it was 78 when we walked and even with cool on high set to 65 we could not get the room to cool down.

There is some issue with the ventilation system in the hotel which creates loud, weird noises created by air passing through the hallway and the room doors. Had to change rooms yet couldn’t sleep throughout the 3 nights. As a Hotels.com Elite and Marriott Gold who is always on the move, I would 100% disapprove and not recommend to stay at this property.
