Front desk staff were outstanding!

Yes it was great

The hotel is beautiful! Our accommodation was fully accessible and easy to navigate! The restaurant was extremely nice, well laid out and the food and service was top notch! Well priced and locally-selected food options! Front Desk and check-in was very smooth! Will definitely return!!

Parking was easy to navigate. I would use the entrance to the shopping centre or hotel over the outside stairs. They smelled like pee and were a little sketch. My room was very clean but I kept finding long dark hairs in my bed (I have blonde hair) so it made me feel like the bedding wasn’t changed.

everyone was on top of things (questions, housekeeping, room service etc), the staff were incredibly friendly

The only complaint is the condition of the hot tub. Maybe it just needs a filter change but there was a lot of debris floating around like lint and hair. We did not stay in the tub once we noticed. Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful, the staff were really nice and it’s really conveniently located near everything we needed or wanted.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of suggestions for attractions to see and things to do. Room was very clean snd bed was so comfortable. A great place to dtay

The bathroom sink was clogged and full of hair and other black mildew. Bathroom vent was covered in lint. Bed was very good.

Nice room, harbour view was decent. The bed was not so comfortable bed as you would expect it to be at a hotel but it was OK. Also the sound isolation was not the greatest, could hear a lot from the street during the night.

They did not service us breakfast...said it costs $20

The parking situation is a hassle.

Clean room

The staff were super!! Very helpful and offering to help us everywhere. Top notch. The room needs a desperate renovation and more attention to cleaning. Bedding was wrinkled and looked like the sheets weren't changed, we inspected closely and determined they were. Windows were dirty inside with smudges and window seal was broken hindering view. Screen on the window was tore and blowing in wind. Candy eggs on inside by window and chips on floor by window from previous guests. Shower walls are old and stained, shower head is very low. Very dusty, i left a (clean me) message with my finger. We couldn't tell how clean the brown carpet was but chose to wear our shoes.However, this hotel is in a great location with lots of good restaurants around. TV is great for streaming and bed is comfortable. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff was. We may try again but insist on a different room if we walk into this again. This was one night so we chose to work with it.

Hotel was amazing staff was nice. There was a fire alarm but it was not the fault of the hotel.

Overall great

Room was clean beds were comfortable. Not Much else to say. Hotel was a bit loud due to a kids badminton tournament
