24hr reception staff, so no problem with late check in procedure. Staff friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable & clean; good amenities. Plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast options were varied and help-yourself style with table/seating area. Cold water machine available to access freely in reception, and this accommodation is ideally situated for visiting North Vancouver easily nearby, or various transport options to downtown or airport. Recommend+++

Basically it's a great experience for my travel. The location is perfect if you have planned to go to Capilano Suspension Bridge or nearby attractions such as Capilano River Hatchery. And it's convenient for reaching South Vancouver downtown (~ 15 mins).

Coming to and from the airport was a pain. Traffic was terrible so many stop lights. No highway system, had to take roads through Dow. Hotel was fine for us.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the courtyard was cool, lots of people sitting outside, it has a fountain, lights and lots of plants.
Pretty central, lots of stores, restaurants near by. Would stay again!

Breakfast was very… strange?? Cold pancakes to toast & cold sandwiches with questionable meat to microwave. Hotel is very old. Room was clean & it was good location to what we wanted to do. Overall it was ok but for almost $300 a night I expected a lot better.
