Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

Room was on the larger side. It was clean and staff was great. Loved the breakfast sandwich. The only down side was the cablevision going on and off.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Check in and check out were so easy. Great location with access to everything. Self parking is a plus.

The rooms were in need of refurbishment and were run down. The staff were extremely helpful. The location was far from the city centre, but it was easy to get an Uber, and the savings of staying here versus downtown, made it worth the stay.

Curtains were tore badly Zero room service for 5 days. HD to get our own towels. I would and will stay there again though. Ready not that bad I’d say a 3.5 to 4 stars over all

Horrible experience. When we got there for check in the front desk lady asked for my credit card and ID, she asked my two friends (I’m 19 (booked the hotel/paid for it) one friend is 19 and other is 18). Legal age in Vancouver is 19 so thought me booking a hotel is not a problem. We originally had it booked for 2 nights as we were here for a concert. Once she looked at our ID’s she’s like “none of you guys are 21. You have to be at least 21 to book a room”. When I booked the room I looked through all the ‘terms and conditions’ and policy’s that most people skip over just to be sure of everything. Not once did I read you had to be 21 hence why I booked with them. Ended up finding that you had to be 21 but it was very very fine print. When I asked her what the reasoning for 21 is she said “trafficking”. WHAT! I would also like to add that the ladies at the front desk showed little empathy for us and we had to fight for them to understand how dangerous the situation was. We understand that it was not their choice to turn us away from the hotel, as it is a corporate policy, but we felt that it absolutely should be more visible on their website/booking sites because we almost ended up homeless in a foreign city with no where to go because it was a holiday long weekend/big concert weekend. My friend let her know it was extremely unprofessional to not have this information easily accessible on their website because of situations like these, and they basically said ‘not my prob’

Never had to do laundry or drive

Very nice place at a great price. Staff was very kind. The grab and go breakfast was a highlight. Our room could have used some upgrades, but ultimately it worked for our purposes.

Beds clean, staff friendly. Safe. Run down in a lot of ways but good enough.

Clean room, good breakfast, had a view of mountain room#221. Transit close by, 5 mins to Capilano, 10 min to Grouse via Uber

Central location was nice Room was adequate but did find garbage under bed Coffee maker keurig did not work Parking lot garbages overflow with all over ground that birds had got into Staff very matter of fact not to welcoming
