The hotel was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for a restaurant recommendation. The recommendation they gave us, Earl’s test kitchen was amazing. The only thing I felt was poor quality were the mattresses. The beds were hard, and there was not a mattress topper on the bed to make it more comfortable.

My mattress was uneven but I am happy with the quick response from the hotel. I also received a complimentary breakfast because of it but the restaurant host struggled to find it under my room even with the message on my phone clearly stating it was there. It was quite awkward.. the host made me feel as though I was asking for a free breakfast. It might be helpful to have the complimentary breakfast message out in a comment everyone can see at once.. he made me feel as though I was making it up or being spammed. Thank you for your kindness and quick response otherwise.

Had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond by providing both an early check-in and a late checkout, which made my stay so much more relaxing. Beautiful hotel, excellent service, and a great overall experience. Would definitely stay again!
