All good. Everyone was helpful and friendly. For a signature room, window and view were tiny. All else was excellent.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The excellent hospitality started when we were greeted by Reilly and continued until we left. The staff of the M Club were pleasant and very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. Easy access to the waterfront and very walkable to downtown and sights like The Citadel. The hotel and its facilities are extremely well maintained and the staff is very helpful and courteous.
It is worth is to add M-Club to your stay. You can get a full breakfast and/or dinner there that is high quality and very personally served by attentive staff. The club is also open 24/7 with snacks and soft drinks/juices/coffee available.
The only downside is that the price of the hotel can get extreme during times when rooms are in short supply or if there is an event ongoing. With taxes and parking all in, the rate/night can exceed $1000. You have to be careful in checking out the booking well in advance.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Bonvoy is crap. Asked for a higher floor room call when to a call center and was not conveyed to the hotel. Dog poop on the main lobby. Yuk

Stayed in Mclub room so it was lovely to have breakfast and snacks . Could have more tables available at breakfast time. Staff in M club were fantastic. Room was just clean but not super clean . Walkable to most attractions. Parking was great and secure.
