Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel

Stayed in Mclub room so it was lovely to have breakfast and snacks . Could have more tables available at breakfast time. Staff in M club were fantastic. Room was just clean but not super clean . Walkable to most attractions. Parking was great and secure.

Booked king size bed and got two queens. Checked in at midnight and left 10 hours later costing $535!! Pure robbery! Asked about a free breakfast or shuttle to airport and nothing!! Our delayed flight cost nearly $700 extra

We stayed for 3 nights in may 2026. First the good things: the location is ideally situated near the harbourfront boardwalk and offers great access to many places to eat and things to do. While you do pay for it, you do have dedicated underground parking that is handy in a downtown area with limited street parking. Theres a great little coffee shop in the lobby for when you need to get your fix. Front desk staff are courteous and helpful. Ok now the bad for us during our stay, if late night noise is an issue for you, consider requesting a room away from the side of the building facing the privateers wharf/Lower Deck pub; they have loud music playing late on the weekends until at least midnight, bass included. Also, we found issues with the cleanliness of the room. Upon entry, we found the toilet was dirty (visible feces speck in the bowl) and the bed sheets smelled oily and musty. With subsequent housekeeping visits, the toilet was cleaned but a request for new linens was not fulfilled.i have stayed in Marriot hotels before and think this is below their normal standard.

The Hotel is Lovly. News beautiful. The The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond for the guests. Very pleased with my stay.

The property was located in a beautiful area. We We had an issue with on of the three rooms that we reserved. One room was very dirty. Other then that the hotel was great.

Great location, walking distance from everything. Room was not cleaned properly, found used dirty socks and women’s lingerie in the bathroom which was not removed. Most likely from the previous guest.

The place is overpriced Parking expensive Food is redundant

The shower and bathroom was exceptionally clean. The bedroom area was great and comfortable as well. Honestly could not ask for anything more from a hotel. Would of been good to have a safe in the room but that's a nice to have. Well locationed on the waterfront as well.

Outstanding property with a 5 star restaurant and lounge. The staff were incredible. Spent 9 nights there and it was sad leaving all our new friends. Frank, Lauren, Morgan, Naomi, Steven meenu were all fantastic.

Centrally located and close to all amenities! Has a pleasant stay Disappointed that we had to pay for parking for the two nights we stayed there.
