Really nice spot in an excellent location with kind, welcoming, and helpful staff! Hotel room was clean, decent size, and included typical amenities. Would definitely stay here again during another trip to Montreal!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating of early check in. Room was very clean. Don’t try using the phone for communications. Email works for responsiveness. Good easy location.

The chef that served us during breakfast was absolutely amazing and so welcoming, we really appreciated his service. He served us on the 20th of March 2026.

Chambre petite, salle de bain passable. Coté insonorite. Bien qu'au 10eme étage. On entebd très bien le monde dans la rue se quereller. Bref, l'établissement est bien mais.. pas pour dormir vu le quartier (itinerant qui tappe sur des cannes la nuit pour faire du beat, véhicules d'urgence..) La vue panoramique est superbe et l'entrée aussi.

Comfy beds and pillows. Very modern hotel with a great location! Very walkable area, close to Old Montreal, Chinatown and Lumiere festival. Would have been given 5 stars if more was explained at check-in. (coupons for breakfast buffet, ice machine location, WIFI)

The property itself is very good. The only thing I can compain about is the price of breafast. Its too high. I would recomend this hotel becouse of the location and nice rooms.

Nice hotel, kind staff. Environment a bit outdated. Convenient (but simple) breakfast. Nice surroundings (except for the square right behind the hotel).

En arrivant nous n’avons reçu aucune explication sur l’hôtel, sur le fonctionnement ou sur le déjeuner. La chambre était supposé être un loft malheureusement elle était plutôt petite. nous espérions pouvoir prendre des photos mais le miroir du salon est jaune? Il y avait des cheveux dans les draps, de la poussière dans les coins de mur. En quittant nous espérions recevoir un peu d’aide mais les employés semblaient occupés à parler entre eux. L’établissant affirme avoir un parking, il est à 3 rues et chaques sortie nous coûte plus de 10$ qu’il ne paye pas. Au total 60$ de parking auquel nous devons nous rendre à pied ( plutôt mal organisée d’ailleurs malgré qu’il n’en soit pas vraiment la responsabilité de l’hôtel) nous espérions pouvoir ranger notre véhicule comme l’hôtel le spécifiait sur son site. Le lit est très dur aussi attention au mal de dos. À part ça ça allait.

Great place on Downtown Montreal

Shirley, the lobby person, was very nice. She allowed us to check in early free of charge because we got there a little but earlier than the check in time. The room was VERY clean and spacious. It is essentially in the middle of the places we wanted to go to. A metro station is a block. away, a bus stop that's across the street, Chinatown literally across the street too. A lot of breakfast and lunch places nearby (also bakeries and patisseries). We love the place so much, if we ever go back, this is the place to be.

It was amazing. The staff are still nice and it was my 3rd time in there. The gym is small but effective and I also love the fact that we can go to the Couche-Tard without going outside. Everything was great and they gave me extra coffee cups when I asked. Thank you so much I had fun!
