The property was well maintained. My only concern was the height of the furniture but then again to be fair current trend has all furnishing lower. A bit challenging for getting upwards.

Hotel Zero 1 is centrally locate to all the major landmarks. The staff very helpful and informative; they answered all tye questions we had. The room was very clean (but lacked enough lighting).

The hotel is nice and clean, room is spacious and has everything you need. Only downfall is the area surrounding the hotel but it’s not a far walk to get around.

Checking in took a lot longer then expected; however, no fault to the staff as they stated they were understaffed that day.
They offered to check our bags so we could go explore until our room was ready which was nice.
The room was decent, not the cleanest at first; however, when the cleaning staff came during the week she did a great job.
The hotel is in a bit of a rough area but we had no issues, also close to all kinds of great places to eat, drink and explore.
I would recommend this place as we had no issues. It was a pleasant stay over all.

Place qui manque un peu de renovation, mais très propre. Personel de l’accueil était correct a mon arrivée, mais a mon depart beaucoup plus sympathique et souriant que la personne qui m’a accueilli la veille. Hôtel très bien situé a coté du quartier chinois et 10min de marche du Palais des congrès.

No communication, beds were dirty they say it’s sound proof but 7 in the morning someone was drilling the windows of the room I stayed in. Parking is only free before 11 but on the website they it’s parking is free no timing mentioned.

Such a bad service. I dont even know what they are charging for if everything we have to do ourselves and they don’t service anything. Everything we asked for, we had to get it from the receptionist and when i asked for shampoo and told him we are two in the room he gave me one only. Room service would not go into the room if i am working in it and she asked me to give her the garbage !!!!!
The breakfast is only a formule and is very limited.

Front Desk staff were very unprofessional. One of the staff was wearing sweatpants hanging below his waist, and after getting into the hotel room, it smelled like bleach and everything had stains. They were very unapologetic and basically told us, “Here’s a different room; just transfer your luggage over and bring us the other room keys.” I will NEVER return to this hotel and don’t recommend anyone stay here.
