The staff were wonderful. But our room wasn’t clean till 2 days later , later that day around 6. It was a long day for us and We had to wait in the lobby for them to finish The fridge wasn’t working (they fixed it as soon as we mentioned it) didn’t have enough towels until we requested it

Staff was plasant, room was clean, beds very comfy, love that the window opens. Rooms are poorly laid out - some small edits would make a big difference: I.e. some shelving near the narrow bathroom sink to put your toiletries, more towel racks or hooks, hooks near the door (the coat closet is nowhere near the door), boot tray for drippy winter boots. The breakfast is basic and not worth paying for! Other than that, it's ok value for the discounted price we scored.

No cold water - apparently our whole floor but they put us there anyways. Also, we requested for the room to be made up, and it wasn’t done at all. We were there for three nights.

The bed was so uncomfortable and especially very small for 6 ft guy like me. The pillows were so hard, I barely got any sleep and the bed was so uneven. The loft was really small and the pictures are misleading. I am highly dissatisfied with my stay.
