房間的門鎖是壞的，無法上鎖，就算更換了另外一個房間，門鎖仍然是壞的，他們兩次安排技術人員前來修理兩個房間的門鎖，說是「結構性問題」無法修理。幸好我們有經驗的旅客，我們能夠自行在房門安裝警報器，否則房間不能上鎖如何能夠安心睡覺呢？酒店的接待員，職員，全部十分友善，點讚。可是酒店本身有「結構性問題」待解決。The lock on the room was out of order and could not be locked. Even if another room was replaced, the door lock was still cannot be locked. They arranged two technicians to come and repair the door locks of the two rooms. They said that the locks have "structural problem" which cannot be repaired. Fortunately, we are experienced travelers. We can install an invasion alarm on the door. Otherwise it’s hard to feel safe. The hotel's receptionist and staff are all very friendly with good services. However, the hotel itself has "structural problems" to be solved.

hotel is near the subway and some visiting spots. people there were very friendly and helpful, and remembered the guest 's name. rooms are clean and neat, the bed is very awesome.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing staycation here…we upgraded to the premium room which had gorgeous decor (in our opinion of course) and one of the best showers I’ve enjoyed anywhere. So walkable to amazing restaurants and cocktail bars. We knew it would be a quality place, but it really exceeded our expectations. We’ll be back!

Clean room and friendly staff

A high-end hotel - as indicated by the room quality, the excellent staff, the location, and the decor, among other things - this is hands down my favourite stay in Toronto, and I'm here often.

Great stay. Quiet.

It is a bit worn, but it's a really nice clean hotel if you are staying in Toronto for a while. There are only a few minutes to the main arenas and still only a 40min walk to the coca cola colusseum. Close to a lot of things on King street, Blue Jay street and John Street. Nice staff all around.

We went to KoST down the street on the 44th floor exceptional view and food!

Such a wonderful hotel. We love all the Le Germain Hotel’s we have stayed in. We stayed at the one on Mercer St in Toronto for my wife’s birthday. When checking in, they heard it was her birthday, they left in our room a lovely hand written note wishing her happy birthday with some delicious snacks. Such a great little gesture that will bring us back again and again.

Overall the hotel was nice and the room was large. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room did not work well at all and never got under 72 when set at 65, and there was a nonstop loud sound coming from the bathroom ceiling the entire time.
