Le Germain Hotel Toronto

A high-end hotel - as indicated by the room quality, the excellent staff, the location, and the decor, among other things - this is hands down my favourite stay in Toronto, and I'm here often.

Great stay. Quiet.

We went to KoST down the street on the 44th floor exceptional view and food!

Such a wonderful hotel. We love all the Le Germain Hotel’s we have stayed in. We stayed at the one on Mercer St in Toronto for my wife’s birthday. When checking in, they heard it was her birthday, they left in our room a lovely hand written note wishing her happy birthday with some delicious snacks. Such a great little gesture that will bring us back again and again.

Overall the hotel was nice and the room was large. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room did not work well at all and never got under 72 when set at 65, and there was a nonstop loud sound coming from the bathroom ceiling the entire time.

The room was spotless and the staff was great

Room was too hot and no way to adjust the air conditioning!

Great rooms with the best shower and water pressure. Awesome wellness packages in the room as well. Comfortable beds with good pillows!

Staff was very good. Bathroom door did not stay shut Coffee maker did not work Room was clean. Location was great.

My family and I stayed here and found the room to be spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and location was great. We would would recommend staying here when visiting Toronto.

There was a problem with the heat in our room but the staff responded and offered us another room. It wasn't a problem in the overall picture. Wonderful staff.

Gym door was locked. Breakfast was very good. Options for dinner at hitel was poor. Needed to leave hitel to find a good place for dinner

Hotel started off great, called for an early check in, it was granted. First night woke to the sound of running or heavily dripping water. Found it, or it found me in the bathroom. Sitting on the toilet, water started to run/drip from the ceiling on my head/side of my body. Is this clean water? Is there a toilet directly above my toilet? Is it supply water or waste water? Now i need a shower, its 4am. My son is sleeping. I clean up, barely got any rest waiting for my son to wake up. Then we call the hotel staff. No problem we'll move you. Can I have a manager look into this as its a health concern if its waste water. Absolutely. Suddenly not available. Check with staff again. Manager will call tonight. Never does. At check out, please give us all your info the manager will call. Never does. I expect something, 1st you should want to discuss, provide me with info as its about safety. 2nd you should do what you say you will do. 3rd staff were quick to point out theres nothing they were prepared to do as we booked via expedia and therefore the hotel cant assist or reduce rates or make any compensations. Beyond this the street out front from left to right, more of an alley smelled like urine in both directions. This is supposed to be a nice, up scale hotel. The price suggests this, the pictures suggest this. They have the staff to suggest this but then theres garbage and urine smells, stains all over the building, sidewalk, neighboring buildings, major leaks, no management
