When we went to check in, I suddenly realized that there were two locations in the city for Le Germain hotels and I’d booked at the other location. Front desk staff politely informed me of this, and then went to work looking into availability at their property. They got me a room and transferred the reservation. I appreciated it so much!

The stay and amenities were great, had an issue with the Air Conditioning the first night…..we were relocated to a room next door which had functional air conditioning. Happy this issue could be solved, communication between hotel and myself was excellent while the work to repair initially.

Great central spot and jumping off point for much that Toronto has to offer. The room was excellent - clean and cozy, with a well stocked bar fridge, and the shower was amazing.

This is a very nice hotel in a central area, close to many restaurants and attractions. It was not as upscale as I expected it to be, given the price point. Also, the restaurant is under construction and appears to have been for some time (the sign says “Coming Spring 2025”) so on site dining options are limited. Overall a perfectly adequate place to stay but I’m not sure I would rush to return given the limited value for the price.
