いつも笑顔で迎えて下さりありがとうございました。
2泊でしたが清掃も丁寧で快適に過ごせました。
シャワーのお湯も問題なかったです。
折りたたみのスーツケース置きがあればよかったなと思いました。
また次回も滞在したいと思います。

Excellent instructions and customer service for finding the suite across the street. Great last minute price and value! Within walking distance to all the fun stuff including Robson Street. Suite was a nice big 'apartment' for 2 adults; small kitchenette, full size bathroom with tub/shower and plenty of room, and what seemed like a generous king bedroom. Couch needs new cushioning (too hard and flat after years of use) and the bed was surprisingly hard (had a pillow top but harder than my hard bed at home).

The staff were excellent and very courteous and professional.
The room seemed a little bit rough. Looks like an old place trying to be new. Some paint deficiencies like in the washroom, the vent was full of dust in the washroom, and the bed headboard had veneer peeled off and the colored it in with red. Lots of city noise. And the bed sheets we’re very crinkly and they sounded like a paper bag not very comfortable.

Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. Room and amenities could be cleaner - we found stains on the bath towels and also the bedsheets and comforter. The toilet handle was halfway off. Parking was $18+ tax and the garage was across the street but still convenient and safe.

Staff was lovely. Room was freezing cold, no heat in the bathroom (but mold on the ceiling). Linens were less than enjoyable/adequate, and it was pretty loud.
