員工很好，有會說中文的，入住時發覺WiFi 連接出問題，經反映後即刻解決。

Location is good

1 problem is no lift for second floor, and you need to carry your own luggage. Another is good.

奇怪沒有水煲，搬行李要行樓梯，附近什麼都沒有，交通很不方便。唔明白加拿大酒店憑什麼這樣貴，與其他國家相比沒有競爭力。

Breakfast was OK bit it would have been nice to have toast and hard boiled eggs

Zero start hotel! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The room had an unpleasant smell, like old shoes. The breakfast was very poor — mostly sugary pastries, low-quality bread, and jilyst single type of deli ham. Many guests seemed to be waiting for some hot food, but none appeared. Haha! The buffet appeared to be based on the theory that if you offer enough varieties of sugary pastries, guests might forget they’re still waiting for actual breakfast. The coffee was honestly the worst I’ve had in a hotel: The coffee deserves special recognition. If there were an international competition for the world’s most watery, flavorless coffee, this hotel would be a serious contender. The shampoo and body wash provided were barely enough for one shower. There were also no cups in the room, which was surprising. It felt like management was trying to save money on every little thing, unfortunately at the expense of guest comfort. I would not stay here again and hope the hotel improves its rooms, breakfast, and basic amenities. The coffee deserves special recognition. If there were an international competition for the world’s most watery, flavorless coffee, this hotel would be a serious contender.

It was a good breakfast and the room was a nice size ….beds very comfortable

Zimmer war neu und sehr sauber. Frühstück gut und reichhaltig Personal sehr freundlich.

Very clean near and tidy with parking outside the door. Easy access in and out of property. Close Lions Gate bridge Shopping very accessible.

Overpriced due to FIFA games. Clean room and friendly staff but not worth what we were charged.

The room was large and clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast what would be expected. Carb heavy but we could find ham, cheese, peanut butter, and yogurt to fill us up. The desk clerk went out of her way to find us a first floor room. Thank you.
