It's a very comfortable hotel. My room was very comfortable and cozy. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to this beautiful city.

Yes all went well. I would request to fix the washroom sync as the water was draining very slow there. I have informed at the reception. They confirmed that they will fix it. But it was not fixed. Apart from that everything was perfect. Breakfast was pretty good.

The room is clean. Staff are friendly. Check in/out was quick and easy. I would suggest that they can increase the variety of foods for the breakfast. I was a bit surprised that eggs weren't available.

The day staff were quiet but kind check in/out was simple, the over night staff had a yelling match with another customer infront of us while we waited in the lobby for our Lyft . The room wasn’t awful but definitely needs updating it smells old and cobwebs on the ceilings. We did appreciate the upgrade to a suite since my husband was in Vancouver for surgery. Bedding was clean.

Gostei do hotel, equipe gentil e limpeza do quarto impecável. Há amplos estacionamentos, e embora não estivesse de carro usei o transporte público, de fácil acesso nas imediações do hotel. O local é tranquilo, perto cerca de cinco minuto de carro do Royal Park, shopping, 20 minutos de carro do centro da cidade aproximadamente. Uma opção para quem desejar ficar em Vancouver Norte, em que pese as atrações se concentrarem no cento da cidade de Vancouver. Há a ponte suspensa do parque Capilano há cerca de 20 minutos de caminhada (há um ônibus gratuito que parte de Canada Place, sai no centro, para o parque). E ônibus público perto para Grouse Montain, as duas atrações mais próximas do hotel. Quarto é espaçoso.

The property was satisfactory overall, but the breakfast experience left much to be desired. The food quality was poor, and the service was disappointing. In particular, the staff member working both in the kitchen and the breakfast area seemed visibly frustrated, which affected the atmosphere. A more positive and welcoming attitude would greatly enhance the morning dining experience for guests.
