We were very happy with our suite at the Park Inn. It delivered more than we expected. A fabulous hot tub built for two, a super comfortable King Bed, great bedding, super hyper allergenic pillows a plus for me. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was included and was good. Coffee comes in three choices, light, med and dark. Wow. We will stay at this Hotel again and recommend it to others.

Clean room with stove and full fridge great for family’s. They also had plates, cups, pots and pans already in suite and bed very comfortable, staff was beyond friendly and nice, breakfast was good and they allow pets which was great. Lots of parking and the property was clean and nice. My only complaint and it’s no fault of the hotel at all is the homeless that are around the area. Didn’t have any issues but there were a lot.

Harleen at the front desk is amazing! Due to circumstances I needed to leave early. She was so amazing to deal with getting a refund and cancelling my second night. Now, the hotel was clean but the area is not very desirable. Homeless and drug addicts right out front. You couldn’t walk down the side walk with groups cooking drugs, smoking hard drugs or shooting up. Fentanyl addicts everywhere. I felt very unsafe. Couldn’t even walk to dinner across the street. Kelowna needs to do better. I can’t blame the hotel but others should know before they book if they don’t want to be around that.

Restaurant had fantastic food but not very good service, had to ask for water. Again, food is fantastic! Watched the staff have a great reunion with some friends for awhile after we finished. One guest next to us just got up and went to the counter and asked for the bill. However the food was awesome! We finally gave up and went to the counter too. First time in years that I didn’t add a tip on. But the food is incredible!

I would not choose this hotel again. Staff were unhelpful and disinterested. The restaurant seemed rarely visited. Pool and lobby areas extremely small. This is not a hotel to spend any comfortable time relaxing at. The location was not good and felt a little unsafe with the number of homeless loitering nearby. With all the hotels in Kelowna, this is one to pick if there are really no others available.

Only issue find is that you do hear traffic noise if you are on the side of the building that faces the main road. I have stayed multiple time at this hotel and in rooms in the backside of the hotel and it much quieter. I am not if another layer of glass on the windows would cut down the street noise… that said I will do enjoy the stay and price of the rooms.

Pros - Free Breakfast, AC room, Room with a view, smiling & helpful front desk staff. Hot tub (too small) and pool.

No real issues for this stay. Pillows were squishy on King Bed. Great full breakfast, pool is small...more for children as I was hoping to do some laps. But overall no complaints, clean, comfy beds and enjoyed the waffles with my eggs and sausages.
