First day did a bed check there was poo on the bed blanket and the mattresses themselves were full of crumbs they changed our room .. second room the door would not lock properly and you had to slam it shut from the inside then bang it open from the outside and the door itself then stopped unlocking so you had to bring the staff up to unlock it … it was annoying and super inconvenient after spending 14 hours with my mom who was having cancer surgery … I will NOT be staying here again !

Only thing I love is the breakfast. The room is not good at all.

You could not pay me to stay in that hotel, especially with my children. The hotel was absolutely disgusting. We did not stay there. I could not understand staff on the phone, when I inquired early check in. The hotel is run down. There we visible stains and white powder on carpets. Room was dirty and was not cleaned from previous resident. The pool was green. I left with my children as soon as possible.

The room was clean. The property is very dated, walls are dirty, paint is chipped, carpet is old. The pool looks pretty scary. Paint chipping and iffy looking water. I knew it was going to be loud, lots of sports teams. But it was excessive. Screaming yelling, pounding on doors and walls. Constant running down the halls and screaming. Went to the front desk nobody there 3 times. Finally got a gentleman and said they were looking into it. Called the front desk at least 25 times. Call was never answered.

The staff were very helpful, and the mess at the hotel was not their fault. There was a large group staying there and they pretty much blew up the breakfast room and the hallways with food, etc. Once they left, it was all cleaned up as best as they could. It is an old hotel re-painted on the outside, but the room are still dated. We had a free upgrade to a king suite which was very nice, so we had no issues. The bathtub drain was very slow, but they sent a plumber right away. The neighborhood has lots of amnemities around, but it is a bit of a rougher area. The breakfast is very good, just would love a few healthier choices, but that's just me.

I'm so angry. The place was horrible. The duvet had stains and urine on it. The rug was disgusting. There was broken lampshade. Big chunk of the dresser was missing the wood and they put the TV to hide it. I would never recommend this place nor would I want to stay there again. Extremely upset with hotels.com booking me there when it was horrible and terrible reviews prior .

The breakfast menu was not fresh. No cream just powder. Only bananas for an option. The parking lot is incredibly dangerous. I stayed in my room as soon as it got dark. The pictures showed a hot tub, that is not working and the pool was out of service

Room issues Had to move during stay

The pool was awful. No towels in the pool area. The cleaning staff took our towels and didn't replace them. They were hung up. Keys didn't work well. The entrance to the parking lot was muddy and bumpy and there was only one entry that was hard to get into.

Lots of parking, staff on check in was very helpful but not the day shift. Room was clean a lot better than other places in the town. Woke to a Leaking ceiling in my room when front desk was informed nothing was done. Breakfast was ok..

Overall nice place to stay and friendliness

The parking lots is horrible. Trash everywhere and mostly unpaved. Swimming pool is green in color and looks filthy. Last time staying here.

Room was musty place was dingy in general hot tub was not working. Breakfast was OK but food was barely cooked. They should not be advertising hot tub available when it has been shut down for quite a while now according to the staff and the parking lot was nothing but a pot hole

The place is run down, my room smelled like smoke, there’s no hot tub as advertised. The breakfast was cold, won’t stay there again.

Very good stay

No ice at all and no hot tub even though it said they had one.

We love the family suites for when we come for the dance competition in Pa that we do. The extra space with 3 kids it was great! Only bad thing was to much chlorine. The gentleman that checked us in last year for the dance comp and this he is very very nice

Everything was good all around, no complaints.

Absolutely disgusting. Blood stains. Gross sheets. Rude staff. Hair chunks in tub.
