Rom was clean but tv did not have s clear picture. Staff were ok but instructions to leave key in room because of our very early departure at 4am created a problem for the manager as she called me in Florida complaining that I had not checked out properly.,even as I had pre-paid my stay and they had my crdit card on file.

Nice little motel. Clean. Right by the river (would have been nice in the summer!).

Hôtel bien situé, tranquille

For what it is (a motel/Inn), it’s one of the best we’ve been too. Relatively clean and beds are really comfortable. We were just there to sleep and shower, but we do rent a room there 3-4 times a year and always been fine with the staff and accommodations!

False advertisement since it isn’t an Inn but in reality a Motel!! We were shocked once we entered the property. The sign is not even lit up at night and the middle n is not lit nor is the property name on the sign. Continental breakfast was lacking ( no protein, no pastries nor anything warm) nor was there a place to eat it. We were instructed to bring the muffins and banana to our room. Inside was also terrible. The duvet cover was filthy and there was no separate sheet from the duvet and the regular flat sheet. The mattress has an indentation due to being old. The coffee machine in the room did not work. I have captured pictures as proof and can submit upon request. I expect full reimbursement and compensation since this was a MOTEL and not an inn. I was embarrassed bring my partner to this terrible place during our anniversary. I have dealt with Expedia multiple times in the past years and have been satisfied but I have to point out and complain this time. This is unacceptable.

It’s ok but little unsafe

We arrived at 6 PM and the room was not yet properly made up. We are three adults and all that was made up was the one king size bed we had been charged $60 for the three nights for an extra person. The front desk person told us it was Expedia’s fault, but then they brought in a maid to make up the rest of the room while we were in the room. The TV didn’t work. They attempted to fix it and could not so we had to move to a second room. They gave us a key for the second room and we headed out for dinner when we return from dinner the key would not open the door. We had to go to the office to get a second key. The door was locked. The manager was inside looking at me and indicated he was on the phone and would get to me when he had time. The advertising said that there is a light breakfast available between 6 AM and 11 AM so the next morning I went down to get coffee at 10 AM and they had already cleaned up breakfast and they told me it finishes at 10 AM when their advertising told me 11 AM at this point we checked out cancelled the next two days although they said they’re gonna charge us for them anyway, so I am right now trying to get my money back from Expedia. Don’t go to the RideauHeights motel.

Close to Carleton University so we always stay here for a night when we visit our son. The place is decent, clean, and price is reasonable. Lots of parking and has parking for a trailer which is great for when we travel with a trailer to haul our son's stuff in and out of his camous residence.

Nice we call it motel just like in movies clean and well maintained , very useful for one night If we don’t need the hotel services.

It is a great spot for a night of you need to catch a flight the next day. Friendly staff..clean and affordable

Clean room, nice staff

This is our 4th stay in this Inn. We love it. It is the place to stay for us in Ottawa when we come for water polo tournaments.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Wasn’t noisy even though it was busy. Would stay here again.
