房間完間正常，整潔度尚可 廁所設施好差，馬桶沖水設備壞了， 當日需要致電兩次前台搵工程人員維修， 幸好工程人員即到並處理， 洒店服務尚算不錯

Dryer broke down, towels used too long and need replacement.

Old and expensive. I will not recommend people to stay here.

Everything is good, but you have to prepare your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There is a big noise from heating pipe. Overall, It’s good value for money.

Nice location. Special thanks to Mingyan 、Nikolas and Jay. They are wondetful two. They spent time patiently telling us how to get there in great details. It makes our trip simple with a lot of fun. We really appreciate their help.

Excellent front desk service, very clean room, convenient location. Very enjoyable.

Kitchen was fully equipped, and Hot tub was nice and hot after a cold day.

This stay was not a resort. There are a couple motel buildings, a couple chalet type buildings and what appears to be a newer building with patio doors. There is a large parking lot throughout but some areas are quite cramped. The rooms are pretty worn. Ours had some new flooring and beds were comfy. The hot tub and sauna area is dirty! Room was under $100.00. Lots of vacancy for winter stay.

Rooms weren’t overly appointed but clean and very adequate for what I need. Great value.

Staff were really good. Basic room. Had some black mold in bathroom but nothing too bad.

Very noisy environment! As someone who normally sleeps like the dead I was woken up multiple times through the night by other guests slamming doors, visiting, banging on who knows what, the road noise coming thru the ac unit (that was not properly installed which also let cold air in, a little chilly in the winter), the water pipes anytime the person above us ran water, housekeeping in the next room listening to rap music early morning etc. The toilet refused to flush properly needing at least 2 flushes just to get toilet paper down and the hot tub area is something left to be desired. The parking lot is also very narrow at parts making it hard to navigate in the evening when it’s full.

Spacious room, water in the bath was pleasantly hot.

Easy smooth check in, sauna was great, hottub also great for what you pay for.. honestly don’t see why people would complain when you’re literally in the mountains! Great place - and great morning coffee!( much better than the coffee in the room) 10/10 would come stay here again!
