Great stay at one of Toronto’s favourites. Room was super clean comphy. Front desk staff very friendly especially the lovely lady from the UK.

while we felt our stay was excellent . there are a couple things that werent great . the pool was too cold . we have stayed in a hotel before that had the indoor outdoor option and the poolthe television in the room also had a mind of its own. it boasted a streaming option that worked very poorly. we didn't complain we dealt with it .

Everything was clean and reasonably well-maintained. The pool area was cooler than it should have been, as a gap let cold air in from outside. Also, the saunas were not working. It was also curious that a Wi-Fi password was not provided - not a big problem as I could use my phone's hotspot, but something I haven't run into for a long time. Given the price of the room I expected better.

The bed was incredibly comfortable! The room was very clean! However it did cost me $42 for 2 coffee w cream, and 2 small bowls of fruit salad. Felt that was excessive

It was great to include breakfast with our room. It was reasonably price, plentiful and delicious.
Pool was so much fun even with the cold weather, half indoor and half outdoor pool.
Gym had everything, very large and lots of equipment.
Staff outstanding. Extremely generous and thoughtful.

The hotel was very nice. The lobby and the staff were very welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It is located very centrally allowing for walking to almost any thing you would want to do in the city. I had a very nice stay.
