Great hotel in a very convenient location for restaurants, the Eaton Center, and events. The heated outdoor pool is awesome, even when it's -10 outside!

The staff team was outstanding! Charles understood the assignment! He helped my colleagues and I to stitch multiple-booking stays seamlessly together without having to check out and then in again, and kept us in easy proximity to each other. He did this warmly and without making us feel like a challenge or a burden. Our rooms were beautiful and the club floor breakfast was excellent.

Nice hotel with wonderful employees. Rooms could use a refresh but the great location makes up for that. The hotel lobby has access to underground tunnel system. We used it to walk to Union Station in less than 15 minutes. Really convenient.

Room smelt like cigarette smoke, fire alarm for a couple hours (in a different tower) so no elevators in the evening. Please ask housekeeping to ensure the shower isn’t set to blast water out of the shower when you turn it on.

The room was 'ok'. I feel we lost half our room to the ice machine next door (which could be heard dispensing) and the room was in need of updating - brown retro wall paper through out made for a feeling if being inside a box. The coffee machine was barely passable and had paper cups. The hair dryer was on its last legs. The window was in need of insulation making half the room much colder than the other. Don't use room service its over priced for the quality of what you get. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The lobby was vibrant and well presented. with access to the Eaton Centre and other shops (get your coffee and food here, IMO). The bed was comfy and the black out curtains were welcome. I feel like for the price it was ok considering location. But its a bit of a trick price as by time you've parked ($70 a day - park over the road for $35 a day) and topped up on all the little things you usually get as part of your stay in the room (coffee, q-tips, internet) it's back to being an average stay.
