The room was excellent for the price and is conveniently located close to the BC Ferry and Hullo Ferry Terminals. No staff are on hand so it’s operated like most Airbnb’s with self check in using codes which are sent to you in advance after you check in online. Nice for the price!

The room was in good condition and appeared to be clean.
I did find a hair ball on the extra blanket. There was a very strong scent in the room which lead me to believe it was covering up something. The rooms and door needs sound proofing as the TV from other units and the road noise was significant.
I really appreciated the kitchenette and supplies provided within. Having a dish cloth and tea towel would have been helpful but I managed with a hand towel.
I also appreciated having Netflix set up for viewing.

Suite was generally OK - location is not ideal; lots of traffic noise. The bed was not the most comfortable. But it was clean and the remote check-in was fine.

It was fine but the check in procedure was not super smooth. We got it all sorted out and it was fine. The room was updated with some nice modern touches like the sink and shower. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated that it was dog friendly. I would stay again.

Yes getting in the room was a nightmare and no staff there to assist you! It was complicated for us to get our code to get in our room. The bed wasn't made either the next day but they did leave us clean towels. It must be under new management because it wasn't like that before. We won't stay there again! It took about an hour and 1 half waiting in the cold pouring rain to get in our room.

The room was in good condition. Check in was a bit different. They wanted me to scan my drivers license front and back before giving me the code to unlock the room. I refused to do that and just showed them my id.

This is a nice little motel with quite clean, nice, updated rooms, and a really nice bathroom. The only downside is the general location is on a pretty busy road, so if you're a light sleeper and they give you one of the street-facing units, that might not work well for you.

Hotel is right on the highway and central to everything. Yes it can have traffic noise, but putting the fan on in the bathroom creates enough white noise that you can't hear it. For the price point; value is high. Kitchenette is fully stocked. Staff is prompt to reply to any questions. Will be staying there for my next visit.
