张家界京武铂尔曼酒店

所有前枱服務員沒有笑容和不耐煩，因為上到房間發現馬桶按去水制鬆脫而需要維修，可能覺得麻煩，所以有點黑面，還好企在旁邊的兩位小哥哥包括幫忙寄存行李和每次出門詢問是否需要車，告訴他我們已經有車他們還笑容滿面，最後一天還問需要車到車站，在好奇之下問了一下車需要多少錢後再回答不用了，小哥哥還很有禮貌地回答沒問題再送我們出酒店，回說酒店方面本以為這麼多年的酒店感覺應該有點舊和有發霉味道，但這酒店原全沒有感覺幾整潔，今次的4星是給兩位小哥哥和其他服務員

The staff are very helpful. They introduce the sight-seeing points in details and helped us to book transportation and show tickets. The hotel location is very good and just next to the show theatre. Restaurants are also at walking distance.

房間寬敞舒適整潔 離張家界武陵源入口近(車程10分鐘) 距離餐館、超市和酒吧一條街(溪布街)亦不遠(步行10-30分鐘)

酒店位置理想, 交通便利, 閙中取靜, 房間干凈, 布置優勝, 比同檔次的酒店, 是同區的較好, 性價比很高. 服務員態度很不錯, 下次還會住的.

酒店离市区很远 景色也没有想象的那么好 而且游泳池也被改没了 只能看 没什么特别的地方 就是房间还可以 不过服务很好 态度很好

Hotel location is close to the entrance of Wullingyuan (Biaizhi men) of the National Park. The famous show “Charm Xiangxi” is just next door and we can find many restaurants by 10mins walk. The room is comfortable with nice heater. The breakfast has good varities and nice coffee. Will suggest it to anyone planning to go to Zhangjiajie.

但是入住時訂房紀錄出了點問題 我用兩個名字共訂了兩間房，但前臺找不到第二間的姓名 在前臺經理及我雙方主動聯繫半小時之下 經查是酒店訂房部的疏失才解決

close to sightseeing spot. Comfortable and friendly staff whom provide information makes our tour smooth.

The staff are nice and the room is comfortable. The location is great and close to the gate to the Wu Ling Yuen area. Though the western food and the buffet breakfast there are quite awful. I will choose this hotel on my next visit.

酒店服務尚有代改善，如咖啡室內調製各種咖啡品質及味道未達五星級酒店水準，前台服務員處理編配客人房間及退房取消預付手續混亂，必須改善

我们不小心把门票卡落在了房间里，前台小姑娘帮着我们从垃圾袋里给找回来了。非常感激。

虽然在早餐的付费问题上出了点差错（提前一天在前台买要比在餐厅门口现买便宜不少），但总体服务还是不错的。尤其是礼宾部的小邓和前台的姑娘们。

这个酒店距武陵源标志门走路五分钟 旁边就是魅力湘西 位置比较好 其他设施在当地应该是数一数二的了 早餐没在酒店吃 无法评价 唯一让人抓狂的是酒店工作人员的服务意识已经被潜规则 我出发前特意查询酒店从机场打的要多少钱 居然说300元 后来我问酒店咨询杨家界的游览细节 一个劲的要求介绍导游 这点让人很不爽

高档、干净、地点临近景区，非常满意！

位置离张家界天子山入口打车只有3-5分钟的路，非常方便。张家界最棒的酒店，如果是商务客人出行旅游，这里是首选下榻，不过毕竟是小地方的五星级酒店，服务还存在好多不足，贴心的细节还需要改进。酒店没有一个合适的酒吧供消遣，也是遗憾之处。

O quarto do hotel é muito antigo! Com carpete muito manchado e aspecto de datado. Com cheiro forte de hospedagem antiga! Poderia melhorar. A equipe é muito solicita e educada!!

Version française : L’hôtel Pullman Zhangjiajie est très bien situé pour visiter les montagnes d’Avatar. Il se trouve dans la zone où les guides et les agences viennent récupérer les voyageurs, ce qui est vraiment pratique. En revanche, l’hôtel en lui-même est assez basique et ne correspond pas vraiment au standing annoncé. La chambre était simple, et je recommande de bien demander une chambre non-fumeur, car j’ai senti de la fumée dans les couloirs. Pour moi, c’est surtout un point de passage pratique pour séjourner une nuit dans la zone, mais pas un lieu où l’on reste par plaisir. La ville se développe encore autour de ses activités touristiques, et on sent que les infrastructures des grandes chaînes ne sont pas encore pleinement au niveau. Version anglaise : The Pullman Zhangjiajie Hotel is very well located for visiting the Avatar Mountains. It’s in the area where guides and travel agencies pick up their guests, which makes logistics very convenient. However, the hotel itself feels quite basic and doesn’t really match the star rating it claims. The room was simple, and I would strongly recommend requesting a non-smoking room, as there was cigarette smell in the corridors. For me, it’s mainly a convenient stopover to stay close to the attractions, rather than a hotel you choose for comfort or atmosphere. The city is still developing around tourism, and you can feel that the infrastructure of major hotel chains isn’t fully up to standard yet.
