Place was immaculately clean. The view from breakfast area was amazing. The staff at the Endemica went over and beyond to accomodate us as vegetarian. They made special meals for our toddler. Dennis, Jose, Priscilla were great at the restaurant. The zip line and night tour at the hotel were nice as well

We loved the property! Friendly staff and restaurant staff was very friendly. Only negative was a zip line goes directly over the property and people screaming and the noise from it wasn’t very Zen.

Monteverde is Heaven on Earth. The Cloud Forest Lodge is the perfect place to enjoy it. Clean, spacious and relaxing rooms. Fabulous restaurant with Incredible views. The property is beautifully maintained. Probably the biggest asset are the staff. The front desk staff provided a wonderful welcome and then continued to help with advice and bookings throughout our stay. They were thoroughly professional and always very yfriendly. The restaurant staff are fabulous. Great attention to detail and humour, all while working a very busy restaurant. Costa Ricans are friendly, but the staff at Cloud Forest are on another level entirely. Bravo!

Have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! The grounds are incredible. They are filled with beautiful flowers and three different hiking trails. The room was excellent—very spacious, beautiful views of the forest, and we were able to see animals right outside our window. The restaurant on premise was wonderful for all meals. The staff went out of their way to help. Our flight got cancelled, and they reached out proactively and were able to book us a different driver from the airport to hotel. All tours can be booked on site. Truly wonderful experience!

Lovely hotel with a fabulous restaurant and lounge area. Slightly disappointed with the view from the room, all we could see was the roof of the next lodge. Staff were excellent.

Great property with animals right on site. Location of property is ideal for closeness to attractions but still peaceful and quiet property.

This is truly a magical place. The staff is fantastic, the room is very modern and comfortable and the restaurant is one of the best we went to during our trip to Costa Rica. We ate breakfast while watching monkeys climb nearby trees and humming birds at the feeders. Highly recommended

Spacious rooms with wildlife right outside our balcony. Clean property with modern decor. We really enjoyed eating at the restaurant. The food was delicious and we always had a great view.

Everything and everyone absolutely top notch!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! From the special cupcakes and note for my mom's birthday that were in our room on our arrival, to the fresh, delicious, made-to-order breakfasts, wonderful service, and thoughtful touches such as umbrellas, ponchos, and rubber boots available for use. It was raining and cloudy the week we were there but cleared up on our last day and we were able to enjoy the amazing views and the walking trails on the property. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and the server noted my mom was standing near the fire to keep warm while we were waiting for our table and arranged to have our dinner served in front of the fire which my mom loved. The location was also very close to town and convenient. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Monteverde.
