The staff were great. Be aware that the standard rooms are quite small and only suitable for shorter stays. They lack any chairs, desk, storage and offer very limited hanging space. As we planned to stay a full week, and I also needed a desk to be able to work, the staff were very responsive and upgraded us to a larger room which was near perfect. The beds are extremely comfortable and the decor is 'quirky & fun' (check out the design of the curtains!). Internet is fast, breakfast (included) is fine, and the location is great for exploring this beautiful (though expensive) city. The Metro is only a 6 minute walk away. Very happy to recommend - but if your budget allows, go for the larger rooms.

My package should have the wine for gift as the golden member of hotels.com , but nothing received Overall the hotel is great, clean , location is good , only is the several stairs in floor and lobby that make hard to handle the big luggage

Generally a very cool hotel in a really excellent location with good facilities. Lost a star due to accessibility issues with constant problems with the wheelchair lift and a minor issue where the TV service cut out for 24 hours (I’m a bit of an insomniac so that bugged me a little). If you don’t have any accessibility concerns you can consider this a five star review, I’d absolutely stay there again.

Vi er kjempefornøyde med pppholdet vårt. Vi fikk rommene våre sammen, egen inngang til disse og er kjempefornøyde med dette. Det som car litt mindre vra var at takdusjen i begge rommene var møkkete og skikkelig udelikate.

Meget dejligt værelse (medium). Komfortabel seng. God opdeling af bad og toilet. Ingen skabe men tøjstativ med bøjler. Gratis minibar men ingen mulighed for at lave kaffe. Venligt personale men ikke super professionelt. Vi havde eksempelvis Hotels.com VIP status. Men måtte efterspørge vores vin gave. Værelset var rent og flot da vi ankom. Men rengøringen sprang vores værelse over selv om vi havde “make up room” sat på døren hele dagen. Lokationen er perfekt. Tæt på Rundetårn, Kongens Have. Samt indkøb og restauranter.
