The hotel location is wonderful, can be reached in 10 mins, a walkable distance. The hotel view is wonderful. I can see the Street Food court right in front of teh window. It is a good lace to go and have a lot of choices there. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. They told me everything I need during the visit. Introduced the places around the hotel that I can explore. It is very good to me. One thing I need to bring up is the "cushion" between the bed and the desk. I have no idea why they put this thing at that place. What someone is working by desk, the corridor is blocked. During my stay, I kick on it several times. You can see that the cushion and the carpet are in dark color. I can hardly see it. When I go back to the dinning table, I kicked on it. Luckily, I did not fall. Suggest to remove the cushion to keep the customer safe.

Perfekt, rent værelse

Last time I stayed one night and I wasn’t happy about the fact that no fridge/minibar was in the room. This time I stayed two nights and in addition to the missing minibar/fridge there has been the missing of the cleaning on the second day. Nothing was mentioned during the check-in. Really 4 star-hotel?

Morgenmad. Værelse er ok, men ser slidt ud. Ikke optimal placering af barområde, som ikke er særlig hyggelig

Fantastisk personale. Dejlig mad og fint værelse.

Hotellet var delvist afspærret og det var ikke muligt at komme i parkeringskælder med bil, så vi skulle holde langt væk. Hotel ville ikke hjælpe så vi måtte opgive og finde en anden løsning. Det i har solgt os, blev ikke leveret og lever ikke op til det der står i beskrivelsen.
