工作人員非常友好

It was scrupulously clean, bedding in the pods was comfortable. It was a hostel so I was expecting a kitchen. First hostel I had been to EVER without a secure place for our bicycles - which were our TRANSPORTATION for the next month. I needed some ice for my medication and not only could they not provide any ice, placing the ice packs I had with me in their freezer did not result in a frozen pack. They were returned to me with refrigerator temperatures. The experience depends on the other inhabitants of the rooms. One night was extremely noisy (slamming doors to the pods) the other night someone was smoking. We contacted the management. The miscreants thought they were covering it up with spraying deodorant. Management said they would check on the situation. An hour later, the smoking commenced. We contacted the management again. We received an e-mail the next day to the effect that we would be receiving a rebate for the inconvenience. Nothing received thus far. It's a good location and having an elevator is a good amenity but I doubt if I will stay there again.

Very difficult to find parking nearby and i message them on the day and evening and have tried to call because i was going to be very late for my check in because of trafic. But i called and message in the day very good time and they have not answered me so i decided i go to somewhere else. I called their number and i have message in the hotel app. Now its been more than a whole day and nobody still has not called me back or texted me back. 1 star for very bad service. If theres not enough staff maybe you should not have rooms avaiable.

Gigi was extremely helpful and took care of me. Nicely situated near many things and easy access to metro/ trains as well.

They denied the firstly room

the lights in the cabin were not working, but the price compared to the other hostels was okay

a complete joke, do not book your stay here, the staff has no clue and harassing the guest all day and night, they force you to pay things you have not ordered. Stay far away from this place

This time the private capsule was clean but small as expected with the price. Some noises during the night, but nothing too wild. Downstairs bar and the live music there was great. Good choice if you do not need too much sleeping space and are lucky enough to get a clean capsule. Hostel staff was nice and friendly.

Airconditioning larmede men ellers ok.

The private capsule was not too clean this time. Some earlier guest had left her trashes under the matress and the cleaner had apparently missed them. Room lock was not working, corridor info screens were broken, shared toilet was missing parts, etc. Nights were cold since windows are kept open in the capsule rooms all the time. The staff was quite nice and relaxed and the bar was fine. Downstairs in the bar there is a chillout room which I found out when leaving and it was too late to try it.

Great Location. Comfortable Accommodations

Sängarna var dåliga. En träskiva med en madrass på = ont i ryggen. Det fanns inga handdukar i rummet. Man fick hyra en handduk, skandal. Inga muggar eller glas på rummet. När jag hyrde ett rum med toalett så förutsatte jag att det fanns dusch i toaletten/badrummet, men icke. Det var gemensamma duschar som gällde. Mycket oljud utanför rummen iform av hög musik och liv/stök från människor. Så det blev inte mycket sömn. Frukosten var värdelös, inte värd att kalla frukost. Jag har tyvärr inget positivt att säga om hotellet/hostel förutom att det låg ganska centralt. Kan inte rekommendera Copenhagen Down Town.

Great location, wonderful staff who can’t do enough to help you. Showers and toilet are a bit basic, for the price this place is an absolute steal, will be staying again next time I visit Copenhagen

Rent værelse, nemt at tjekke ind! Kommer 100% igen! Baren var god, service var i orden. Der er ikke langt til Strøget eller spise steder, så det kan klart anbefales!
