Double room was nice, but if you’re fitting two people, be prepared to jump over a person if you’re on the inside.
The bathroom was nice, but the shower was leaking when you opened the tap so you might have gotten rained on a couple times.

Great location, wonderful staff who can’t do enough to help you. Showers and toilet are a bit basic, for the price this place is an absolute steal, will be staying again next time I visit Copenhagen

Fantastic location! Walkable to major city spots. Hostel is above a bar/club, we stayed there over the weekend and couldn’t hear any noises. The place is well kept.

There is no AC and no portable fans. The pod room was uncomfortably hot. This is the only pod hostel I have stayed in that don’t portable fans to rent. I spoke to staff and no one could do anything. I do expect a refund for the first night as the conditions in the room were awful given the temperature in the room.

I EXPECT A FULL REFUND FOR THIS PLACE. WE BROKE UP AFTER FIVE MINUTES. THERE WAS NO STORAGE NO PRIVACY. IT WAS DIRTY. IT WAS HOT. NO AIR-CONDITIONING THERE WAS NOBODY AT THE RECEPTION NOBODY TO CALL NOBODY TO RETURN CALLS NOTHING. I can only advise every Expedia traveler against this place.

The location was excellent. The value was likely reasonable considering the high costs in Copenhagen. Having only one sink for an entire floor of residents is poor design. I lowered my score to reflect that having only one sink for maybe 50 people per floor isn’t sufficient for a shared space. I was content with my stay and appreciate the friendly staff.

It was scrupulously clean, bedding in the pods was comfortable. It was a hostel so I was expecting a kitchen. First hostel I had been to EVER without a secure place for our bicycles - which were our TRANSPORTATION for the next month. I needed some ice for my medication and not only could they not provide any ice, placing the ice packs I had with me in their freezer did not result in a frozen pack. They were returned to me with refrigerator temperatures.
The experience depends on the other inhabitants of the rooms. One night was extremely noisy (slamming doors to the pods) the other night someone was smoking. We contacted the management. The miscreants thought they were covering it up with spraying deodorant. Management said they would check on the situation. An hour later, the smoking commenced.
We contacted the management again.
We received an e-mail the next day to the effect that we would be receiving a rebate for the inconvenience. Nothing received thus far.
It's a good location and having an elevator is a good amenity but I doubt if I will stay there again.

Very good central location to a lot of buses and trains. I slept in a double pod. There’s no storage available in rooms. You have to pay to use lockers daily. Although it is clean, this property doesn’t have a separate lounge outside it’s bar/restaurant. It’s nice and quiet during the day but if you’re just trying to relax or get some work done at night, it can get loud.

Made the booking though Expedia for private capsule. When I arrived they said all they had was a single bed in a 10 bed dorm. Even though the capsule was booked, confirmed and paid in full. They said there was nothing the could do.
Over a year later they put charges on my credit. Location will not pick up phone after multiple attempts and will not respond to emails.
Extremely disappointing.
