I had a great stay here! The bed was super comfortable and the showers were large with plenty of space for belongings. Tony at the bar was extremely friendly!!! The IPA is delicious, definitely recommend trying!

Bei meinem Aufenthalt im Copenhagen Downtown Hostel am 19. Dezember 2024 wurde mir versehentlich eine doppelte Buchung in Rechnung gestellt. Obwohl der Fehler vom Personal erkannt und die doppelte Buchung storniert wurde, warte ich seit über 20 Tagen auf die Rückerstattung.
Der Kundenservice hat bisher keine zufriedenstellende Lösung geboten, und ich bin gezwungen, weiter nachzuhaken. Dies hat meinen Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt und hinterlässt einen schlechten Eindruck. Sehr enttäuschend, besonders für einen Aufenthalt in einer ansonsten guten Unterkunft.”
During my stay at Copenhagen Downtown Hostel on December 19, 2024, I was mistakenly charged for a duplicate booking. While the staff identified and canceled the error, I have been waiting for over 20 days for a refund.
The customer service has not provided a satisfactory resolution, and I’m still left chasing this issue. This has significantly affected my experience and left a poor impression. Very disappointing for an otherwise decent accommodation.”

Låg väldigt centralt, vilket såklart är en fördel. Badrummet hade massor mögel och jag vet inte hur mycket mer som egentligen fanns i det ”osynliga”. Checkade ut redan efter första natten och påpekade detta problem för receptionen, tjejen i receptionen var supertrevlig. Fick en e-post också där jag skrev samma - där blev det mindre trevligt. Tråkigt när man inte kan motta feedback, eller att man betalar för ett rum med mögel.

Nous avons voulu essayer l'hôtel à capsule pour découvrir , résultat : ne jamais refaire cette expérience .
Les gens ouvrent les fenêtre des chambres ce qui rend la chambre froide.
Beaucoup de bruit à cause des fêtes dans le bar d’en bas jusqu’à 1h du matin
Si vous êtes de passage prévoyez des boules kies
Sinon, c’est à côté des transports en commun et en plein centre ville .

Disseram e tava escrito nos quartos que o pequeno almoço terminava ás 11h da manhã quando terminava ás 10h.

Chambre très bien, dormi dans une capsule, ce à quoi je m’attendais, rien à dire. Cependant, les douches et toilettes restent sales et peu pratique.
De plus, nous avions un problème sur le trajet et n’avons pas pu venir la première nuit. Quelle surprise que notre deuxième nuit soit annulée et qu’on a dû repayer une nuit supplémentaire. Dommage

I can see why they didn’t put photos of the bathroom in a private room because it was so small (the sink too) and the shower went above the toilet so the whole bathroom would be wet if we didn’t decide to shower in the shared bathroom instead. That was really not an ideal for a girls trip. There were black small hair on the sheets and we are two girls with blonde and red long hair. The blanket looked and felt like paper towels.
It was easy to check in and out and they have nice lockers for storing luggage but there’s only very narrow stairs to the lockers.

L'établissement est très bien situé, proche du centre ville, proche de la gare centrale. L'ambiance y est très sympa même pour des "moins jeunes" ;). Les sanitaires collectifs etaient très propres.

Super dårlig oplevelse. Værelset var meget beskidt og toilettet kunne ikke skylde ud den sidste dag. Receptionen var ikke spor hjælpsom.
Der var ekstremt meget larm både på gangen og udenfor.
