Sehr neues, modernes Hyatt Regency Cairo West in hervorragender Lage bei den Pyramiden von Gizeh und dem Grand Egyptian Museum (ca. 1 Std. vom Flughafen). Sehr schöne Poolanlage, hochwertige Ausstattung. Speisenqualität durchweg sehr hoch, große und vielseitige Speisekarte. Lounge Bar ganztägig top – besonders hervorzuheben Mahmoud Ali und das professionelle Barteam. Kleine Abzüge: einmal kein Housekeeping, Föhn im Zimmer fehlte und musste angefordert werden, Frühstücksservice eher langsam und wenig präsent (Auswahl & Qualität sehr gut). Fazit: Tolles Hotel mit viel Potenzial – mit kleinen Verbesserungen klar 5-Sterne-fähig.

My first time in Cairo was met with an exceptional hotel. Clean, modern upscale. Kind and helpful staff. Views of the (distant) pyramids. PHENOMINAL breakfast buffet -gotta sample the eggplant! Given the opportunity, I would happily stay again.

Everything was really clean and new and the staff super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t really see the pyramids from our room though. Otherwise really nice hotel!

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast buffet selection. Amenities were excellent. Pool looked inviting just didn’t have time to try it. The only negative for me is that smoking is allowed in the common areas (which seems to be common practice in Egypt)

Zimmer waren sehr schön. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schönes Ambiente im Hotel. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Absolument fabuleux ! Certainement il restera l hotel le plus fantastique que l on a fait. Un sans faute a tous les niveaux ! Nous avons tout testé : petit dejeuner, grand resto, piscine, terrasse, confort, chambre, service etc…. Absolument tout parfait ! Nous recommandons fortement !

O Hotel maravilhoso, alto padrão de qualidade, limpeza e com atendimento educado, atencioso. Parabenizo em especial ao time de concierge que sempre muito educados, extrovertidos, divertidos com extremo profissionalismo — fizeram toda a diferença durante a estadia. Recomendo fortemente e certamente retornarei pois foi um dos melhores locais de hospedagem de nossa viagem de férias em família.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hyatt Regency Cairo war hervorragend. Besonders geschätzt habe ich den Zimmerkomfort, das freundliche Personal und die flexible, hilfsbereite Lösung bei einem Problem mit unserer Restaurantreservierung.

Great food

Service is great, the hotel has an excellent personal guides and drivers. Affordable and keeps you safe. We paid an average of $400US for a guide, driver and car for 8 hours. They saved us time, protected us from crime and being ripped off.

The Hotel in general is beautiful. Everything clean and new. It just opened up in 2022. the staff is amazing. I want to thank everyone starting with security staff, guest relations, receptionists, cleaning staff, service personnel, chefs and bartender. Special thanks to Mahmoud who brought as a very nice midnight dinner to the bar we enjoyed. Love Egypt and the people. Keep up to good work and the love. Regards Alex (stayed from 2.12-7.12.2025)

Personal OK, Zimmer super, nur konnte ich keinen Haarfön finden. Würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Bel hôtel à l’extérieur et dans les espaces communs. La chambre et le service n’est par contre par au niveau d’un 5*

Allt var bra/väldigt bra med trevlig personal. Dessvärre sköttes städningen dåligt några av dagarna vilket jag skulle tro berodde på personalbrist.

Pas à la hauteur du standing annoncé et du prix

The staff was very helpful - I had lost my luggage and they helped me communicate with the airline staff. Breakfasr was amazing!
