Always exceptional. My choice always in Cairo whe I travel solo and with group tours. IFTAR and the rooftop Nile panorama view restaurant is superb. This is a dry hotel and serves ZAMALEK- always a positive reflection of high quality business to see many high status Egyptians dining. The location is also exceptional and is a far better choice than Giza where

Very good location and the area around is safe generally. However, the sound from the Nile river is huge at night time, windows must be shutted. No breakfast was included in the package. Generally, a very nice stay in this hotel, also, the room service, including the food is good. Staff are sort of helpful also.

シャワーでお湯が出るまでの時間がかかり過ぎる。故障かと思い、フロントに電話しようかと思ったくらいだった。 ホテルの外は思ったほどうるさく無かった。 ホテルの近くに警察の出張所（交番に相当する?）があるので、車がひっきりなしに通っていても、道路の横断を助けてくれるので良かった。 排水が悪いのか、バスルームから少し下水の臭いがする（泊まったのは2階と3階）。上層階では臭いは無いかもしれない。 泊まった値段を考えると、おすすめできるホテルだと思う。

客室は清潔です、スタッフのホスピタリティもよかったです。 何故星を一つ減らしたかというとチェックインしてお部屋に入ったら2ベッドルームで予約していたのに1ベッドルームだったこと。しかしそれはすぐに解消されました。 ルーフトップのレストランも朝食ビュフェも美味しかったし、ケーキも売っているし快適な滞在でした。
