The hotel is an oasis in the hectic, congested downtown Cairo. It is extremely difficult to walk anywhere. The room on the 25th floor was very modern, clean, and a spectacular view. This is a busy hotel. The lobby is buzzing. When we arrived the staff was amazing. No waiting. Salma was particularly helpful. Very kind and professional. A true gem. Ombeya also ensured our check out was smooth and helped us store our luggage. Would definitely recommend. Not sure why ratings were lower. Ignore them.

Gute Lage zentral zum Tahrir Platz und dem Ägyptischen Museum. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf Kairo aus den oberen Stockwerken.

En del gadestøj på terrassen/pool. Men gode restauranter, meget venligt personale, God sikkerhed omkring hotellet. Kunne godt have ønsket bedre fitness faciliteter, samt en åben rooftop tagterrasse/lounge bar

Quarto tem um tamanho ótimo, área externa tbm impecável mas o ar não funciona, não tem tomadas que funcionem nesta hotel, o café é impecável.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Ramses, it is dated but very clean. The lovely and friendly staff can’t do enough for you. We had the Nile view which was a joy to wake up to. I would definitely stay again.

Estava tudo ótimo. Único detalhe foi que APENAS dentro do hotel meus cartões de moeda internacional não funcionavam. Então tive que pagar com cartão brasileiro, acabou ficando mais caro.

What a first class hotel this is! The staff are impeccable and delivered a world class service from every single member. We were greeted by the door staff every time we returned from a trip with "Welcome home " The piano player in the bar was fantastic. Sky bar had spectacular view. The bar staff were exceptional , and attentive in particular Hadder and Ahmed they really are outstanding. The hotel is central and views are amazing of the city and the Nile. Amenities were 5 star from the variety of restaurants, gardens, pool and grandeur of the hotel generally. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so special.

Stayed in Feb 2026. Very good location in Cairo and the hotel check-in staff were kind enough to offer a room upgrade. Loved the room and the view from the balcony overlooking the City and river. Night view was spectacular. Restaurant with Indian food was very good. Overall a must stay and highly recommended

Ms Rosita and Mr Eid made my stay at the Ramses excellent with their attention to detail as well as their kind and caring manner. I especially appreciate being asked if I wanted to upgrade to a Nile River view. ❤️ Fabulous! Every night and every morning I woke up to look at the Nile- what a pleasure that was! I also loved how easy scheduling activities were and the punctuality of the personal drivers and guides in picking me up to go to outings like Giza.
