I would recommend a different choice. There are the basic services you need from a place-a bed, a place for your things. There also exists some creature comforts such as an indoor and outdoor pool and views onto the beach and ocean. Some rooms even have a small kitchen which was the saving grace for me because I found the breakfast to be almost inedible. The hotel would meet expectations easier if it was listed as an apartment complex as the feeling you get inside is that of student housing. The total lack of color, art, or soul detracts from the location which has the possibility to be decent. I choose this hotel for the reasons that it stands out: 1. Good location on the beach and near historical sights. 2. The kitchenette and living room so I can do some work while traveling 3. The indoor pool and gym so I can swim laps while the outdoor pool and bar is good for the sun. I only booked for three nights so I could extend if I enjoyed it or move on somewhere else if I wished. I knew I would move on within the first 10 hours of arriving, and so I enjoyed the rest of my stay and moved onto something that suited me better.

10/10 property with very respectful and kind staff, amazing food of all sorts of varieties. The selection of amenities is great, very safe area, I have gone out for 6AM runs, walked out and back in at 3AM; had access to desert safari activities and the staff greatly help you out. This place is worth every bit of money and even much more: I stayed here for 2 months in 2025 and now almost 2 weeks in 2026; if I didn’t have pressing obligations back home I’d have stayed here for another month or so. I highly recommend everyone come and visit.

The hotel is absolutely stunning — incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The pools are magnificent, offering the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. The food is simply excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options every day. There’s always something to do thanks to the many activities available all day long — you’ll never get bored! A huge thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay so special. The entertainment team, especially Meliza and Sonia, are full of energy and kindness. The service is outstanding, with Ahmed and Mohamed always attentive and smiling. And a special mention to Momtasem, the photographer, for being so fun and nice 📸 The concierge and reception teams are incredibly professional and welcoming. A very big thank you to Salah, who speaks French perfectly and made everything so easy for us. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Sharm El Sheikh! ☀️💙

Très belle expérience à l’hôtel Stella de Marre Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours attentionné La nourriture est excellente, varié et de qualité Les chambres sont impeccables, très propres et bien entretenues Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable et reposant !

Snorkling: Tilgang til snorkling fra private brygger med eget korallrev var det beste med dette hotellet, og hovedårsaken til at vi valgte det. Mye bedre opplevelse enn å dra på organisert båttur til Ras Mohammed-nasjonalparken, som var en stor skuffelse på grunn av altfor mange folk og båter. SPA: Bra fasiliteter og dyktige massører, men altfor pågående salg av tjenestene. Tips: ta betenkningstid etter omvisning og pristilbud, og kom tilbake senere for å bestille. Hygiene: rene rom, bassengområder osv. To av fem i reiefølget hadde en omgang med mageproblemer (sannsynlig matforgiftning), men litt usikkert hvor vi pådro oss dette. Mat: Vi hadde kun frokost inkludert, og spiste middag hver dag på a-la-cart restaurantene (de har to, som begge er veldig bra og rimelig). Gir mer variasjon, og er mye roligere med færre folk enn i hoved-buffet-restauranten for all-inclusive gjestene. Taxi: Bestill alltid taxi på forhånd (ring resepsjonen før ankomst). Vi ble "kidnappet" av pirat-taxier på flyplassen da vi kom fordi vi var uforberedt. Det gikk heldigvis bra, men var en skremmende opplevelse som ødela førsteinntrykket av stedet. NB: Ta med penn (en til hver), du trenger det på flyplassen både ved ankomst og avreise, og det er ikke mulig å skaffe penner på stedet! Mobil-SIM-kort: Lurt å kjøpe eSIM på forhånd eller SIM-kort på flyplassen. For oss stoppet alle mobilene å fungere etter noen timer, men det løste seg etter en re-start av mobilen.

Das Personal ist super! Sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam ! Leider ist nur das große Hauptrestaurant kostenlos und die anderen Lokale zudem tageweise geschlossen. Schade ! Das Hauptrestaurant ist zu 90 % jeden Tag dasselbe! Schade ! Dafür ist der Wellness Bereich und vor allem das Tesm dort super !

I went all inclusive. So many food options albeit not always that flavoursome for my taste. However I didn’t starve. The SPA is a must and good value. Plenty of space per person with an adult pool. The location is perfect. Highly recommended.
