酒店有点旧，下大雨半夜天花板上漏水

三人房 大差！雙人房可以、三人房完全冇28 平方米 、 張大床大凹陷！ 中間D彈弓斷曬 ！形成v字都比人瞓！三人衣槓得1呎半！床頭槓1小個！小 四方櫈仔 一張！同睇相片兩回事！ 水龍頭穿個大窿！ 會漏水 ！開水重仲冧咗！ 啲毛巾見到都唔敢用 冇沖涼液 只有包裝冼頭水！ 酒店話唔畀吸煙日日 好大 臭煙味！ 年税成千蚊晚 完全唔值

Good location near Paddington Stn, just 2 mins walk, hotel and rm have been refurbished. One thing I would like to mention is we booked for a DBL room, however, reception gave us a twins bed rm.

Room service is good. The room is too small. Private washroom and bathroom is good. Very close to underground. The restaurants nearby are not very. The lift usually shut down. Too many steps to found our room. It like a maze. If there is fire in the hotel. No one can get out of there.

No air-conditioning in the room and only provided a fan. The room was dirty and no vacuuming the floor. I found a cockroach was moving on the carpet. The room is not enough cup for the customer. Store luggage needs to pay £1 for each.

The room is clean, near to the Paddington station.

我中午大概2点半到酒店，放下行李就出门跟朋友会面，大概6点回到酒店，待了2个小时就check out换酒店了。 这次糟糕的酒店体验着实让我意识到要重视订酒店的一些细节，得到了提高，这一点我觉得是比较感谢的。 先说在Expedia上面预定这家酒店遇到的一些令人郁闷的事情。首先是中文Expedia将这家酒店翻译为雅诗阁，由于对于在北京就住过雅诗阁，所以非常激动能够以这么优惠的价格就能预定到雅诗阁，虽然是标注2星半但是我相信品牌应该不会差。结果到了酒店才反应过来这个是ASCOT，而雅诗阁是ASCOTT，应该是当时做翻译的工作人员疏忽大意，把一个高端的公寓品牌给了那么一个差劲的家庭旅馆。其次是Expedia发给我的邮件的地址是11, Craven Road, London, England, W2 3BP，我从Euston出发用Google Map通过这个地址搜索，用了大概1个小时的时间到了Ealing Broadway，我自己也很纳闷明明酒店名上写的是Hyde Park,为什么到了Ealing了，结果给酒店打电话才知道原来在帕丁顿，幸好有GWR，比较快能够到帕丁顿。 但是上述问题我认为比较多的是Expedia的工作细节的问题，也有我个人的疏忽。但是真正导致我只待了两个小时就退房的原因是这个酒店真的太差劲了，实际上我之前还在帕丁顿附近住过两个家庭式酒店，意识到了那个附近的家庭式酒店条件其实都很差，我也基本上都能够接受。但是这个最恶劣的地方在于他们是一边装修一边营业，我住的房间的卫生间刚装修完不久，关了窗户味道就很大。我是对于甲醛和其他的一些化学品都比较过敏（去医院检查确认过），两个小时的时间内耳鼻喉都非常不舒服，犹豫再三还是选择退房换酒店，Check out之后跟前台讲了一下原因（只是讲，没有其他的意思），结果前台完全没有一句sorry，这是说了一句“哦，有味道啊”，然后是一副“OK， so what?”的表情。 其实也只是我是过敏体质，能够比较及时的感受到装修异味并且有反应，如果不是得话，估计就是稀里糊涂的闻上一晚上的装修物质。 其实我最开始选择这个酒店的时候真的是很考虑价格原因，因为自己刚刚创业，总想处处节省，没有合作伙伴见面绝对不定好酒店。我觉得我的建议除了不建议推荐这家酒店之外，还有就是建议有差不多预算的朋友，预定的酒店的时候可以看看2区稍远的地方，性价比会高很多。我退了酒店之后最后换的酒店是中午走错的Ealing区域，遇到一个100%推荐的酒店，不过也就是贵了一点点。

非常糟糕的体验！！！电梯故障（明显已经坏了很长时间）却没有告知，并且安排4层的客房。房间没设施陈旧并多有损毁。几乎没有任何隔音。不知是被子还是床上可能有虫，痒了半夜都无法入睡，最后只能穿上整套外衣才能睡觉。 这家酒店是我住过的这么多家酒店当中唯一一家退房后，强制收取寄存行李费用的！！！ 奇葩的难以形容！！！

Just a very small and old hotel . Does not worth the amount of paying

First impression not that good but room excellent

Dirty, broken, uncooperative and unhelpful staff. I think they had bedbugs. I have a rash of my legs. This hotel was a poor choice. Very sorry I booked this hotel.

Very shady hotel. They wouldn’t let me cancel my reservation with or without a refund which is very suspicious. They told me to leave and they would send a refund and cancel my reservation and now they are being shady about it. Entire hotel smells like smoke even though they advertise a smoke free hotel. I am pregnant so I was very scared to the health of my baby and I couldn’t stay. They refused to give me a refund. Not only are rooms filled with cigarette smells, they smell of food, vape, and bo. They are also very hot!! No ac! They have fans that do not work. You can easily open the windows because there’s no lock on it! Which is ironic because they have a sign to close the window for child safety. We moved rooms once and we found other people’s luggage in the room, which is very concerning for safety. We were then moved a second time and it still smelled of smoke: Very sketchy area for both women, men, and families. Front desk guys are super unhelpful. Don’t risk coming here because if you have any problem they have no skills to help you!

The only thing going for this place is the location close to Paddington. Otherwise it’s pretty run down. The lift is broken so you’re carrying your luggage up flights of stairs. I was on the 4th floor so I certainly got my steps in. They charge to hold your bags prior to check in which seems a bit grabby considering you’re booked with them and most hotels off this service for free. The carpets are well past their end of life and the shower has a mind of its own temperature wise as it’s obvious nobody installed regulating valves when they did the refit.

Okej. Overall its is not any fancy. The beds where good and you have bathroom in the room. The shower didn’t have mutch water in it and was hard to turn off. If you needed to use the toilet you need to use your tetris knowledge to the test. Staff was friendly.

Only thing positive is location close to underground.

Lift is not working, very narrow stairs if you have any luggage, room size is very very small
