Great location if using Paddington station , stayed here before getting Elizabeth line to Heathrow. Close to shops, restaurants. Room was quite small but adequate.

The reception was extremely helpful and allowed very early entry to the room for a small fee and then allowed bag storage after we checked out for a small fee. It’s ideally located near main rail and bus connections and excellent food options nearby. Sure it’s budget accommodation but perfect for what we wanted. 24 hour reception staff are very helpful…

Awesome location near Paddington station. Certainly not a big or boutique style, but definitely a good place for a few nights. Sadly, elevator stopped working during check out and narrow staircases were a challenge for five flights. However, staff were great and assisted with luggage.

The location is great. Right in the middle of London and within walking distance of a lot of fun touristy stuff. But the hotel itself id ugly and old. The microwave has RUST inside so you can’t even heat anything up. The walls are falling apart. The floors are creaking. It’s ugly and unhygienic. I’d stay there again only for the location but that’s nearly it.

Room was very hot and noisy as Air Con units outside window which went off around midnight. Carpet filthy and furniture falling apart. Location Good. Bed and bathroom average.

This hotel was perfect for my trip to London. I thought the hotel was nicer from the photos than it turned out to be. But the bed was comfortable & I slept great and I was mainly on there to sleep, shower & clean up. However, I am glad I had my shower shoes bc the floor was really dirty. The toilet deserves special mention. The toilet is square but had a rounded seat that extends beyond the porcelain. This has the effect that when sitting on the toilet my junk has no where to rest except the porcelain. Not ideal. So following each toilet visit, a shower was also necessary from touching the toilet. Fortunately the shower was good. I took photos to add to the review but the app doesn't support uploading despite a section to do just that. Manage your expectations and plan accordingly and this place will serve your goal. I would stay here again for it's proximity to Paddington station & Hyde Park, both make it easy to navigate on foot or tube.

The room was dirty, I used the shower so turned on the fan, that was covered in dust, this all fell in the sink. The chair was worn and falling apart. Good location, disappointing stay for the cost

The hotel doesn’t look like anything from the pics, the carpet it’s old and stained. The hairdryer almost blew up in my hands and started smoking.. the furnitures were cracked all over and the bathroom didn’t have hair conditioner. The staff it’s kind and trying to accommodate the guests. If the owner took care of the hotels I am sure thf place would be much better. The location it’s super convenient. Thr hotels conditions not really.

Location is excellent - only a minute walk to Paddington station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby( try the Fountains Abbey pub upstairs). Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Clean and well presented small room with clean beddings and clean towels. Bathroom no lock. The room is too hot even with the fan up on the wall. Apart from that, very good location and reception staff very accommodating. Thank you.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location across from Paddington Station. Unfortunately, the pictures of the rooms are out of date and misleading. The beds are very small and uncomfortable (a "twin" is really the size of a cot). Many parts of the room were broken, worn, or dirty/dusty. I asked the front desk attendant for a cleaner room and they complied. If this place were updated and maintained better, I'd stay again. It has a lot of potential to be great. Otherwise I'll pass.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Scaffolding up the front of the building, noisy and the rooms are very out dated and so small. We paid for two nights but left after one.
