Such a poor hotel.

Will not recommend people staying here. Very disappointed! Even there is a fan in room which not able to help, too hot inside the room. Can't open the window since there are many bird droppings, hygiene is bad. There is ventilation fan inside the bathroom is failure, no recirculation so make the room getting more hot. PLEASE DONT STAY THERE if there is any other choices.

Clean, great value to be fair and friendly staff, with breakfast. Quiet and in a banging location... Good to check around as prices can differ...I got a fantastic price through Trivago And yes they do have a small percentage of people going through a tough time staying so if your not too snobby.. it's a winner for me , on a budget at the moment.

Room was okay, wish the lady at the reception desk would have been more friendly when check in.

Wonderful hotel. Excellent breakfast. Staff lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Large room with tea and coffee supplied, clean too. Comfortable bed with mini fridge also. Thank you be seeing you soon.

Stayed for one night at Brighton location, The staff were welcoming, Room was very clean and perfectly set out. Breakfast had plenty of choices only the bacon was a bit tough but I was down for breakfast near the endbof service so could just be unfortunate.

Everything was fine. Very good value for money and I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay there again with my family.

Everything was perfect apart from some mold in the room (around the window area And bathroom) - it must have been an issue with just the specific room as I haven’t noticed anything like this before while staying here.

The room itself felt poorly designed without consideration of comfort or useability. The floor was uncarpeted which made the room feel echoey and sparse. The heating was off despite it being a cold day so the room and particularly the bathroom felt chilly. The bed squeaked and the duvet was thin and insubstantial. You cannot see the TV from the bed and there is no where to sit where you can see it. There is only one bedside lamp and the overhead lighting was dim. The door did not fit well in the frame so let in light around the edges and made the room feel insecure. One positive- the room was clean. However the reason for the one star review is due to the handling of an incident on the first night and my subsequent request. I was woken around 10.30 by doors slamming, shouting and swearing. This continued until around 4.30am, keeping me awake and causing me to feel unsafe and distressed. In the morning, I reported this to reception and requested a cancellation of my remaining two nights and a refund, as I now felt unsafe staying there. The staff member on reception was empathetic and kind, confirmed that security had been aware of this disturbance all night and apologised. However, the manager then refused to refund the remaining two nights- stating that this disturbance was out of their control as the guest in the room next to mine had been using drugs. It took a formal letter, asserting my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for the service to be carried out wi
