Room service too expensive

was nice

Nice room, but some items not working such as iron, shower was not powerful. I walked across 102 rooms to get to mine, check-in staff did not informe me about it. Overall, it was not really a Hilton experience, but then again it wasn’t that expensive also.

Stayed here 100s of times , rooms are big and spacious , very clean A modern look and high end fitments Only downside breakfast, buffet style and not great , bacon swimming in grease , fried eggs rock hard . My advise go elsewhere for breakfast

Lovely hotel. Nice spacous room. Perfect for a business trip. Unique to be part of the football stadium too.

The young lady on reception has very poor customer service. She is condescending and rude, she was to me and other guests. The room was not vacuumed at all and filthy. Uncomfortable mattress.

I loved the location, with a beautiful view of the a pich ,clean room, and a cozy hotel. 😊

I have been given a room without kitchen

Wifi was good, HDMI cable can be used on the TV's in the room which is handy when travelling for work or wanting to access a laptop etc. Hotel was generally clean and tidy.

Staff were very helpful, room was clean and spacious. Sad we couldn’t have our pitch facing room as previous occupant had trashed it.

Clean and great location

Being given an accessibility room when I am able bodied wasn’t great. The mirror was too low. Lighting poor in the bathroom. I hate a shower curtain that clings to you. Bars and frames around the toilet were not useful. Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Soap had run out.

Room was spotless

Excellent stay marred by chaotic breakfast. Speedy check-in with free biscuit; lift to top floor and a very clean pitchside twin room with bath and shower over. Shame no adjustable head as hard to wash without soaking hair (bath hat flattens style). Plenty of storage. Lots of lights, altough none very strong. Shame you can't open balcony doors. Quick response to change hair dryer when the first didn't work. Attended a party in Red Dot bar - fantastic buffet provided. DJ was host's own and I gather hotel's recommended person did not respond to enquiries. Decent sleep on good bed. Other guests rather noisy with corridor chats and doors banging. Good bedding. Breakfast - there was no room to sit down so placed in an ante room. Much further to carry each plate back but also long queues, ran out of bacon. It didn't feel like the wonderful post party breakfast we'd envisaged. None of the group could sit anywhere near each other. One staff member said it was always this way on a Sunday morn and another said it was out of the ordinary and they had never had everyone want breakfast at the same time before (9.30) but with check out at 11 it seems the most likely! I have stayed before for NYE and had a less convenient room but with breakfast well organised so I think this is a management issue. Letting huge volumes choose to sit as they wish (2 people on larger tables) is crying out for the chaos that we experienced. Disappointing end but the breakfast is 50% of the hotel experience!
