Check-in was effortless and front desk staff polite and extremely friendly. Room itself was lovely and spacious. Room could have done with a bottle opener to compliment the mini-fridge but other than thatbhad everything you could expect

A lovely stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and fairly clean. Check in was easy and we appreciated the second member of staff we spoke to advising us that if we paid ahead for our family to join us for breakfast we could get a discounted price for them. Would be good to be advised of the car parking facilities beforehand so we didn’t have to ask at reception before being able to find a space. Both times I visited the breakfast buffet, items were missing (eggs, bacon and hash browns) but the selection was great even for gluten free. It’s a shame there wasn’t a mirror in the room that you could sit in front of to do makeup and hair but other than that a really well placed comfy hotel. Will come again.

Great location . Nice room beds are comfortable

There were hairs in the bath and on one of the towels. Shower water pressure is poor, yet filled up the bath - drainage needs checking. It would be good to provide a layout map of the hotel on check-in, as it was difficult to find the gym, dining room, etc, from my room. Would also be good to have an alternative entrance to the rear of the building, to prevent needing to walk 500m to the front entrance, the same to the adjacent restaurants, then back again, and again back to the room!

At check in agent said breakfast was included when we went for breakfast we had to pay extra It wouldn’t have mattered if the agent hadn’t specifically said breakfast was included Staff need to get their facts and information correct when giving out advice

Room was fab.

Staff and location were great but the morning (after I slept in the bed) I found a white t-shirt in the sheets. Not sure how that could have happened and don’t want to give it too much thought!

Great location for a night out in the MK arena. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfy bed, water in fridge. Shower nice and hot and check out at a decenf time too
