很差勁的體驗，房間殘舊，有臭味，燈光昏暗，光線不足。床褥有蟲咬的感覺，一整晚都很癢。 不敢相信這個價格，房間內居然沒有拖鞋及水提供！ 而且浴室裡的花灑是壞的，房間地墊十分髒，梳化也很髒，眼睛可見除處都是食物碎屑，令人作嘔，房間充滿臭味，這一晚是惡夢的一晚

Top class hospitality

Hotel was nice and welcome was good. I was rudely awaken at 5am in my room from the sound of deliveries and recycling glass bottles which is awful considering the reason we use hotels is to sleep. It has completely ruined my day with work due to tiredness I am now facing. Not one at all

Very friendly staff, especially Dennis on front desk. Nice size room with large shower.

The staff was fab and checking in was great. I have to speak highly of the staff as when I informed that I was cold, they promptly turned on the heating in my room and asked Housekeeping to bring me a plug in radiator. The room was lively. The only issue was that when we showered, the water ran all over the floor towards the toilet and sink and wet up the bathroom. This happened in room 136. It’s a Lovely room that I would like to stay in again upon my return but the shower needs to be sorted out.

Spacious and clean rooms, easy access to town centre, ample car parking. Would be useful to have EV charging facilities in the car park.

Room was very cosy, staff were very friendly just wish we could have had a dressed table for dinner on the Saturday (valentines day )other had

Efficient check in and a lovely room but very cold and couldn’t get any heating to work which was disappointing.

Breakfast lacked options and the quality of the food was poor Room service menu wasn't varied and felt like a 1970's hotel, prices were really high too

We have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting family and are always so impressed by the friendly helpful staff at reception. The hotel is always very clean and the rooms are large with an enormous bed! Breakfast is excellent too.
