DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Nottingham Gateway

The whole stay was perfect but what stands out ot me the most is how friendly and helpful the staff were

Bathroom a bit tired and shower floor a bit grubby but bed comfy and clean.

Very good. Stayed in the new wing for the 1st time. I liked the rooms there.

Overall a good stay; the check-in staff were friendly and the room was nice. I do think it could've been cleaned a little bit better, particularly the bathroom in areas, but overall it was good. The location is not far from Nottingham which made transportation easier.

The Double Tree has always had amazing staff always going out their way to help their customers. Extra thank you to the young lady who helped me find my dog on Sunday 12th of January. She was amazing and was extremely good with animals. Breakfasts well worth the money, everything which you want for your stay. Thank you to all the staff at the Double Tree, see you next month.

The heating system wasnt working at one point which was annoying

Awful. Paid for the best room! Not in any way good value. Bed was good but although the staff tried, the tital wxperience was very bad - pribably the worst hotel wehave ever stayed in in any country. It was freezing - literally! It took several attempts to get any improvement.It was too cold in the bathroom to shower! The food was truly bad. We tried both lunch and dinner. Thebread was stale.The standard of cooking was completely unaccaptable. The staff were geerally pleasant but trying to present a product that was indefensible!

Very nice entrance way and I was greeted by a smiling face and an easy check in. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. They have a bar and restaurant that I did not use but looked nice. Perfect place to stay for work or fun if you’re in Nottingham

Good clean hotel. My room had everything i needed and it was quite and modern. Staff were friendly and the free car park was a bonus

L'établissement est vraiment propre et calme (sauf la musique au restaurant = trop forte). Seul pièce manquante: une lampe au dessus du bureau! Pour travailler c'est vraiment très juste. Dommage aussi qu'ils n'aient pas eu un adaptateur pour prise d'ordinateur (celle qui m'a été donnée était trop petite).

Beautiful hotel with first class staff .

The breakfast, way way below the standard you would expect from a Hilton, bacon like boot leather, sausages way overcooked, scrambled egg absolutely tasteless and fried bread could have been used to build walls.

Really good stay, comfortable bed. Only downside which is not the hotel's fault is that parents let their children run wild, knocking on doors and running away - shouting in the corridors - all of this after 11pm.

Nice hotel. The restaurant has a good choice and rooms have good facilities. Have stayed a number of times and as a hotel the main rooms are looking a little tired in parts. Bed was a little hard personally but everyone has their own choice. Convenient location. Plenty of parking.

We stayed for cricket at Trent bridge ,the hotel was so conveniently placed from motorway with plenty of parking The room was very spacious and the shower and bathroom were very good
