It was a lovely stay, with very friendly staff. Situated a couple streets away from the Abbey, you can walk out of the hotel and down picturesque streets immediately. They even allowed us to keep our baggage in the property after check out so that we could explore the city one last time before leaving. Very thoughtful and lovely property. I would recommend to anyone wanting to spend a couple nights in Bath.

Room and decor very nice and clean, but there were bits on the flooring, felt by walking barefoot.
The main issue was noise. Every movement from the room above could be heard very loudly. I do not think there is any soundproofing at all. Earplugs were provided, but these could only be used at night obviously.

Very short walking distance from the major Bath attractions. This was extremely practical for us. The staff were also friendly.
The bedroom and bathroom were large and beautifully decorated. I just wish the bed was larger (a King size).

Room and hotel were great. And location.
What spoilt our trip was the maid took something from our room. After reporting to reception, we did get the item back. The maid created some ridiculous story about why she took it but completely unbelievable.

The property is perfectly located for exploring Bath. It’s located right next to the Abbey on a quiet side street. There are two buildings around the corner from each other. Our room (#15) was large and spacious. In the main building there is a lovely honesty bar where you can relax and have a drink. Reception is not there after 6pm some evenings so if you arriving late you need to give notice.
