地理位置特别好，离牛津街火车站和维多利亚车站不算远，可以步行，离中国城很近！

難以想像房間兩張床褥彈弓全部凸出來， 嚴重凹陷！ 這樣舊的床褥是否一早應該要更換呢？ 除了不舒服外轉身也發出聲音。 另外此酒店連電梯只到每層樓的半層， 出電梯後要再上幾級樓梯， 假如拖着大行李極之不方便！ 大堂員工分配房間太大意， 我訂的是兩張單人床房，卻分配給我們是一張雙人床房， 結果上上落落樓梯後， 發覺錯誤又再拿行李回大堂，再重新搞手續太麻煩了！

Wifi is not working in my room

早餐很好吃，房間很舒適，除了隔音稍差外，其他都很好！下次回曼徹斯特，會再預訂這間旅館的。

Clean room even though because there wasn’t a window it did smell abit musky on arrival. However there was a fan in the room. Comfortable bed and clean linen and towels.

Good central location Breakfast was good Staff were friendly and helpful Stairwell was being decorated but not a major issue and there is another stairwell that can be used (and a lift!)

Great location Close to Manchester Piccadilly railway station

O quarto estava limpo e tivemos noites agradáveis de descanso na acomodação, a equipe de funcionários foi gentil e atenciosa, tudo funcionou muito bem. Gostamos do Hotel.

The seat in the toilet need to be replaced. Not comfortable

Great Location

Really great location for shopping and trams to co-op live. Room itself was basic but had everything needed including a powerful fan which was well used! There is noise from the street which is to be expected but didn't really bother too much! The beds were so comfy (best ive stayed in for a long time) and in middle of our 2 night stay the housekeeping came in and folded our clothes that we had scattered which was a cute touch! Lift to all floors, door is secure on a bell system and staff were friendly esp housekeeping. There is the option to store up to 4 bags for £6 a room which we used so we could go round shops before our train. There is building work going on but this did not affect our stay, just visually aware of this. Cons: very creaky floor in bedroom and hallway, very thin loo roll, was not informed of any food options or drinks

I stayed for one night prior to a conference in central Manchester. The hotel was centrally located and very convenient. The room was quiet and spacious. Checking in and out was easy. The staff were friendly and polite. Even the cleaner who decided to let herself into my room when I had just showered was apropriately apologetic and polite. I would therefore advise anyone not wishing to be disturbed to hang the sign provided on the external door handle.

The hotel is basic and very jaded, but rooms are clean and comfortable. Windows on street facing room did not lock securely so there was some noise from weekend revellers audible. It was good value for money as there was a big match on that weekend.

I booked a room without a window. And somehow that meant a room without ventilation, as there wasn't even a functional mechanical vent in the bathroom (imagine the mold building up there..). So when I opened the door to the room, I was met with a wall of dead air, making it difficult to breathe. So I decided to just keep the door open for a bit to get some better air in from the corridor. This caused the receptionist to rush up to my room and inform me that the room door is a fire door and must be kept shut at all times. Asking how I could get some fresh air in the room as it was so stuffed, I was met with a 'not my problem' kind of attitude. That was very disappointing and of course severely affected a good night sleep. What also affected a good night sleep was the noise from the construction works inside the building, starting very early, and the mattress being very filthy, with all kinds of stains on it. I probably won't stay here again, unless i have no other choice. ps. the room was pretty worn and looked nothing like the pictures here.

Perfect location right on the edge of Piccadilly Gardens. Clean and tidy and very helpful staff.
