Was given was given disabled room sink was so low that it did my back in ask for it to be changed and they were unable to accommodate that the room was only clean once in four nights I stayed there and that’s after me asking them to clean it had to constantly ask for the toilet roll and sour gel ran out which I had to request for them to give it to me so all in all very poor experience

Great right from the get -go. Receptionists was very efficient and professional. She welcomed us back and was quite kind. Staff through the hotel were polite and professional. The hotel was busy ( wedding, conferences) but staff were cool, calm& collected. Sadly one of the lifts was “ out of order” and the breakfast was the usual hotel standard.

Great place to stay. Near shopping center & restaurants. The food in the hotel was very good too. Staff is extremely helpful & accommodating. This hotel is one of our top choices!

Stayed a few times before. Arrived Friday night after long drive hoping for rest but the party in the fuction room was LOUD went on after midnight. I don't mind people partying but the hotel has a responsibilty to its other guests. the hotel is becoming jaded and the restaurantv was struggling with a busy Saturday morning. So no more visits to the Leicester Marriott.

Very nice property and clean room. Nice buffet breakfast included.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. JW Black Label whiskey was not available at the Bar.

We upgraded to a corner room which was great as the hotel was very busy. Everything worked well though the shower could be a bit bigger, and there was a plastic cover plate on the wall coming loose. The staff were friendly and helpful, they gave us some drinks because our room wasn’t quite ready on time. Good breakfast with a fresh pancake machine, plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from as we didn’t do dinner on site.

My family enjoyed our short 2 night stay, Friendly staffs from the f&b department especially Sophie, very accommodating and very kind friendly. (My 2 year old son made a new friend) Our room is very clean and very spacious. We will definitely come back and stay again...

The hotel is modern and nice. Requires a gym, swimming pool steam and sauna to give it the 5 star experience.

Comfy bed

Lovely hotel and delicious breakfast

I found the room to be very dusty, almost as if the room hadn’t been cleaned prior to my arrival. The overall hotel looks quite tired and could do with a renovation. Lifts unclean, corridors very scuffed etc. This is all ok I guess but my room hadn’t a made bed but definitely didn’t feel clean.

This was a pleasant stay while travelling on business.

Booked an executive room. On first impressions it looked good but then you notice where it hasn’t been well maintained or cared for. The most worrying thing was the brown slightly orange stains on the bed cover in two places. I can only hope they were scorch marks from ironing. Bath had marks and chips, no power points near the bed for phone etc. Staff were all helpful and pleasant but despite that I wouldn’t stay again unless rooms have had a facelift.

The property is clean, well appointed and quiet.
