好近Waterloo火車站交通，非常方便，景點一流👍

房間隔音窗太多糟，風切聲徹夜難眠，第二天早上六點工程人員來檢查，必須打開玻璃窗通風才能停止，犧牲一天的睡眠，也未能提供任何的補償＇這是我住過全世界最糟的五星級飯店． 行李從check in到送至房間十分鐘，對於一個搭飛機十五小時旅行時間超過24小時的旅客，情何以堪？ 這是Merriot 的水準？

房間溫度不太好，客房乾淨成度不錯，周邊景色非常美。

Nice hotel

Lift not operated by card key raises safety concern. Worst quality tissue paper provided in an expensive room. And only one box in total. You need at least one in bathroom and another in the living area. My booking specified one meal with 10% off. Had a dinner there, but reception people said they couldn't find the offer. Wasted 20 mins, and I asked them to just forget it. Some very dedicated staff in the restaurants and at the reception. But very inexperienced staff also gave me some shock at reception. Cleaner threw away my unfinished box of herbal medicine.

The room was not ready until 5:30pm. A bit disappointed about this because we would like to unpack and had a shower after long flight. Staff arrange shower at Gym, which is ok but not really convenient

The location is at the centre of London. There are a lot of things to see. The Westminister, the London eye,the Tower Bridge are very near to the hotel. It is very convenient. In transport. The sencery from to hotel is fascinating. My family enjoys staying there.

地點非常方便，Big Ben, sea life, London eye 全部也是5分鐘內步行可以到達。酒店環境及服務一流，小朋友更有palace guard 毛公仔禮物，非常感謝。room service 水準非常好，價錢非常合理。

Great location, great service and rooms are clean!

地點很好，景觀各方面都相當不錯，早餐種類比較少，應該是英式早餐的特點吧。

地點十分好，清潔度佳，服務品質也佳，可惜房間內沒有免費wifi，因住了4晚含早餐，早餐品質蠻好的，但內容沒有什麼變化，每天都一樣。

客房很寬敞 但是早餐的種類沒有想像中多

不值得,房價貴,一點景觀也沒有,晚上嘈雜,由大堂去房間要走十分鐘路程,由進酒店門口去房間足足行十五分鐘,完全不願意回去.

地點非常好 服務態度也很不錯 我只覺得飯店應是由舊的市政廳改造 略顯老舊 但對於喜歡有故事的人會喜歡

Excelente Hotel. Ubicación y mood 100% escocés

The room wasn't ready for the time it was supposed to be... We had to wait a while which was disappointing. Breakfast was served at your table and the servers were busy.. So you had to wait at times to be served. The lock on our door was broken. They had someone in our room at 11pm trying to fix it.. But couldn't. They offered us another room but without the balcony we wanted. And we didn't want to change rooms so late. There was no compensation etc for any of the above.

Great location, but the photos of the rooms were quite deceptive. Though the rooms are very well kept and clean, the images made the rooms look much larger. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION DURING A WARM PERIOD. Though air conditioning is listed as an amenity, our room was at 25C (77F) during our entire last evening. We called reception in the middle of the night, and a very condescending young man arrived at our room indicating nothing was wrong. I know enough about HVAC to assess that there was a system issue that the staff would not acknowledge. When we went onto the balcony the next morning, several rooms on the balcony level had their balcony doors fully open.
