Room small, cleaning not well, cup not clean, rubbish not throw away!

訂了兩間房間，住宿兩晚。被安排的兩間房間的鄰房也在裝修，工具、水泥包堆在走廊，非常不衛生。最嚴重的是，星期六早上八時，隔璧房間在施工，鑽牆，吵醒正在睡覺的我們。向前台投訴，沒有任何表示。

The bedsheet, pillow cases and duvet covers are quite old. Dirt is even found on the bedsheet and pillow cases of the sofa bed. This is disappointing to me. My whole family were both awakened by the noisy garbage truck early in the morning. It was very annoying.

位置方便，行幾步就可以去Borough Market買野食；酒店員工友善。

Hôtel was clean and staff was welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There are usb chargers in the wall which was nice. Location was 12-15 minutes walk to underground subway, sites were close as well.

Lovely hotel in quiet side road, large room with all usual amenities. Nice bar area, cocktails are nice, we ordered a pizza which was very good. Plenty restaurants and bars in surrounding area. Easy walking distance of borough market, Clink museum and the Shard. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Schönes Hotel für einen Städtetrip in London. Hatten ein Zimmer-Upgrade auf eine Suite, war super!!!! Sehr ruhig und sauber. Betten waren sehr bequem. Essen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr gut. Unser Gepäck konnten wir vor dem einchecken und nach dem auschecken im Hotel abgeben.

Wir haben das Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder gebucht. Es wurde täglich der Zimmerservice gemacht, auch wenn wir gelegentlich die Mittagszeit im Zimmer verbracht haben, würden wir gefragt, wann es passt. Die Ausziehcouch war sehr bequem für die Kids. Beim Frühstücksbuffet war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zur Underground Station London Bridge. Auch gelangt man rasch zur Themse oder zur Hop and Off Haltestelle. Etwas störend war, daß es keine deutschsprachigen TV Programme gab. Dies ist noch in keinem einzigen von uns besuchten Hotel (oder auch Kreuzfahrtschiff) der Fall gewesen. Hier gibt es noch Luft. Dennoch volle Punktzahl für diesen Aufenthalt!

Nice location, great staff!

Clean hotel, great breakfast, stellar housekeeping services, should get a raise. The only thing was the elevator being broken when we got there and after one full week of staying, it was still out of serviced . over all a good experience

Kamer is schoon, al zijn de tapijten in kamer en op de gag misschien wat verouderd. Staff is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk
