We only stayed overnight. No issues with booking or check in

I was very happy with my stay at the Novotel. I am.looking forward to staying next year when I Come home from Canada. A very friendly staff .nothing to much to help you. Well Done. Terence

The room was very clean and even had an iron in the room how ever on check out my son forgot his ipad and when we drove back 30 mins after they had cleaned the room and the housekeeper stole my sons ipad the receptionist working on the morning on sunday the 24th said she would ask house keeping and call us back never did we went back on monday tje boy at reception said he will also ask housekeeping and call us back but nothing today is friday the 29th and still nothing nice hotel but the staff are dishonest theifs well not be returning

Our stay was generally ok.

Very nice

Location is great walking distance to train station and bus station. Power in my room went out for an hour, was ironing! Staff was nice. Wish check-in wasn’t so late, they will not give you a room earlier than 3pm.

Ate breakfast on 1 of the 3 days as it wasn’t fresh, carpet in rooms badly stained, staff unfriendly

The most dirtiest hotel I've ever seen! The carpets were covered by dirts and stains, moulds were everywhere on the corners of windows and room, toilet was not clean. I booked a room with a queen size bed and sofa bed. The hotel sent me a message askinge if I need the sofa bed with a note that if I dont respond within few hours, they will assume I dont need it. I dont understand why did ask such a question in thw first place as it was included as part of room booking and how 2 adults+2 kids could fit in a queen size bed alone!! The question was utterly annoying considering that we had already been travelling and had no time to check my messages. Upon arrival, the staffs were not welcoming at all. We stayed in many Novotel hotels in the UK and abroad in the past, but the recent one was very unpleasant. The hotel obviously is in desperate need of renovation and more importantly recruiting a new management team.

Family room, sofa bed for kids comfy. Warm and clean. Staff lovely
