Good

Front desk old man poker face and impolite. The room is small, price performance ratio is low. Only advantage is near station and walkable to nearby facilities. many hotel surrounding and next to residential area which brings quiet and safe environment.

整體住宿舒適，離地鐵站不遠。房間，浴室環境非常乾淨，床墊有點舊已凹陷，隔音需加強，關窗還是可以聽到外面街道聲音。早餐內容不多但是阿姨態度很好。

Good: lift available, very nice breakfast ladies, very good location Not so good: small room, not much facilities available in room (no slipper, dental set, water boiler), poor soundproof

Good Location, but I wish they could turn on the heat, the humidity was pretty high in the room （maybe because of the rain), i woke up in the early morning because it was too cold.

This is a very convenient hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. Yet, an average rating at 7.8 (at the time when I booked) was over-rated in my opinon. There are numerous hotels along the Sussex Gardens of equally convenience, Olympia did not stand out as such. Facility itself is barely sufficient, e.g there is no air exhaust nor floor drain in the tiolet. Maintenance is also minimum with broken glass not replaced and towel with holes still in use. There were many comments on the inadquacy of the WiFi in the hotel. We found that was due to poor coverage: at one corner of the room the signals were strong; at the other end, we found that we got better signals from two other hotels nearby. We had no complain on the breakfast though - choices were limited but quantity was sufficient.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and found it to be good value for money. The location was convenient, and the facilities met my expectations. However, I did encounter an issue during late check-in. The staff member at reception was not particularly friendly or professional in his manner and did not offer a basic greeting. I also noticed that he was present on each night of my three-night stay, and the level of service remained consistently below expectations. I would appreciate it if management could provide additional training to ensure a more welcoming and professional guest experience. Aside from this, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again.

Rigtig godt hotel. Billigt. Fint. Ok morgenmad - ikke noget særligt, men fint nok. Rent og supet tæt på stationen.

Room was clean and in good shape.

There are a few good things about this hotel but I absolutely won't be returning. It is just a five minute walk from Paddington station which is good. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. It is well maintained and spotless throughout. But no tea making facilities in the room. They will make you hot drinks at front desk. And the breckfast is absolutely dire ! Cheap tinned mixed fruit and no cooked at all. Pure orange could not have been watered down more without it being water ! And no alternatives for those intolerant of dairy or gluten (which I'm both). A sad start to each day. Also the dining room is too small and every day I had to sit with others which I'm not keen on. Today I came down at 8.30 and there were no tables free so came back at 8.52 and was scolded quite rudely by one of the ladies for being so "late" and then hurried off the table by them wiping it and removing everything I finished with - felt very hurried. Have never been treated like this before. I felt like a nuisance tbh. Not for me at all but if you are happy with very limited breakfast and no drinks in the room it might be for you.

Siisti kokonaisuus ainoa seikka joka meidän kohdalla veti arvostelu alaspäin oli aamupala järjestelyt. Aamupala oli ajallisesti todella tiukasti rajattu joka tilan ahtauden osalta toi haasteita.

Helt okej renlighet. Tråkig frukost. Nära och bra till Paddington station.

Breakfast was very good

It’s normal hotel. If you are thinking just sleep and having a shower, this is good hotel. But if you like a luxury hotel, I don’t recommend. Very nice access to Paddington station. There are some trains to Heathrow Airport.

Hotel is located a very easy walk from London Paddington, making it easy to get anywhere in London. My room was a triple with limited space but a large bathroom. Biggest delight was windows that opened. Wonderful to overlook the park opposite, feel the morning sunlight stream in and hear the birds chirping. Having a simple breakfast included was another plus and even though it was the same daily, an easy way to start each day.

Clean and quiet but had trouble with the TV and could not adjust the heat coming out of the radiator.

Very nice hotel for a three day trip. Breakfast was basic but everything you needed to get started on your day, hotel staff also very friendly!

Small single room but perfectly adequate. Very clean. Breakfast was simple with little choice but sufficient. Wi-Fi was fantastic.
