Friendly welcome, allowed to check in early to leave cases before room was ready. Our room was very nice, very comfy beds, extremely clean including the bathroom and shower which was great! Breakfast was good, sufficient for our needs. Only gripe we had was, staying during the hottest days of the year so far, the aircon hadn't been serviced so the room was very warm! And we checked out the day it was serviced and usable. But, we still enjoyed our stay and will definitely book to stay again. It's in an ideal location near Paddington station and Hyde Park, plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes near the hotel. We would recommend Angus Steak House opposite Paddington Station entrance. Absolutely delicious steak and great service!

Front desk old man poker face and impolite.
The room is small, price performance ratio is low.
Only advantage is near station and walkable to nearby facilities. many hotel surrounding and next to residential area which brings quiet and safe environment.

Vänligt bemötande helt ok frukost. Rummet är dock rätt litet och sängen ok men inte mer. 30 C och fläkt saknades och aircon var trasig, dock gick fönstret att öppna.

Greit hotell med frokost inkludert.
Rommet var veldig varmt da jeg ankom, da varmeovnen var skrudd på nesten på maksnivå. Men den var heldigvis lett å skru ned igjen.
Det var også aircondition, men var ikke mulig å skru på uten å kontakte resepsjonen.
Deilig med heis.
Hyggelig og vennlig personal.

I was surprised to find a wet towel in the shower. The room was like sauna and the air on didn’t work. A member of staff sorted it but wasn’t a great welcome.
Breakfast was really basic which was ok for the price but please have drinkable coffee and decent cereal;

Belle chambre très propre.
Petit déjeuner moyen, bien en quantité mais pas très British. Salle trop petite mais cet hôtel a le mérite d'être très bien situé avec parking.
