Room was ok. Bed clean and comfortable. Bath/shower need replacing as shower is unusable. Staff were nice and polite. We left a day early as food was shocking. Apparently they had an agency chef, clearly needs some training as potatoes weren’t cooked. Half the items on menu were unavailable and menu also listed mushy peas with the fish and chips but we got garden peas as no mushy peas available and we do not eat garden peas but we’re not told this before we ordered. Hotel is in nice location but wouldn’t stay there again.

The property was much improved from the last time we stayed 3 years ago, decoration and repair wise. The garden was absolutely lovely and well kept. Ideal for walking the dog around.
There was more staff who were excellent in every way.
The parking was easy and convenient right outside the property.
